No stress here....all Cahhhdio is just quite nice :)

I think as a kettlebell trainer, I need to let you all know that adding more Caahhhdio to your routines will not only shed extra fat...but will keep you smiling all day long :cheers:

Not sure anyone got the joke or not... Deuce said cahhhdio = sex. I said I think I broke the cahhhdio machine last night.... ya know? I tore that $hit up? The cahhhdio machine = girlfriend (the one who stresses the shart out of me).. I plugged her brains out. She couldn't walk straight. haha.

10/27/08 - Day 22

Overview : I used today for a "cheat" meal which I was craving in the worst way. I had a burger with mushrooms and onions from "Five Guys" and it was fantastic! I was going to add a few beers *like I told FoG earlier* but I ended up not going to my buddies place.

I was going to watch MNF at my buddy Josh's place but my girlfriends brother who was just released earlier today from the hospital, had to get re-admitted...so I went to the hosptial instead.

I had kind of a light day. No lifting but I did toss a football around a bit and did some yoga. I only slept 3 hours so I wasn't really feeling going nuts today. Tomorrow I may do some KB's as well.


This is what happens when you are bored at the hospital and you have to pee!

Monday - Whatev:

- Cahhhdio ;)
- Threw the football around and ran routes for a while
- Renegade Yoga

Meals:
Meal #1 - bowl of shredded wheat with skim milk, 1 banana
Meal #2 - Cheeseburger with mushrooms and onions from Five Guys *Cheat*
Meal #3 (post w/o) Whole wheat wrap with ground beef, salsa, FF sour cream, and cheddar cheese. 2oz. pistacio nuts
Meal #4 2 kashi whole grain waffles with Smart Balance Olive oil/butter mix.
Meal #5 Undecided...hasn't happened yet, haha

Damn Deuce... That burger is too good to pass up!

you don't even know man. If you have a location anywhere near you...I highly suggest checkin it out. I forget the website but the company is called "Five Guys Burgers and Fries". Totally delicious. I passed on the fries...but they are done in peanut oil there also...so no cholesterol or preservatives from the fryers!
 
Am I the only person that didn't get turned on by that buger? I guess since I haven't had Five Guys before, ignorance is bliss. :)
 
haha i'm not quite at that stage of my nutrition just yet. I make a lot of burgers at home with 93% lean beef and grilled so that there is minimal grease....but I know what you mean.

I didn't care that much for buffalo. I haven't tried ostrich yet...I liked alligator.

Nah, I'm with you. I can never appreciate those burgers that all these AM'ers are always drooling over. They just don't do it for me. Show me a nice, juicy steak -- and I'll show you my puddle of drool! :D

The pub I go to around here has THE BEST steakburgers. I mean, these things are incredible. I usually get the Bacon-Swiss Burger or the Bacon-Cheddar Burger. They are so amazing. I had a Diet Coke with it last time, but I usually order a pitcher of Porter or the Irish Red with it.
 
Irish red is where it's at...but it's just plain awful for you, haha.

At work when the head honcho's aren't around, I sometimes make Chopped Sirloin steak burgers on whole wheat toast. Not much in the world makes me happier :). I'm a red meat FANATIC...with a side of chicken ;)
 
10/28/08 - Day 23

Overview : There is a reason I never have cheat meals...because I always want to cheat MORE :burger:. Today I held back from cheating...by making a healthy version of a cheat :). At my old job where I was a Sous Chef we had an item called the Southwestern. It was a burger patty with fried ham, pepper jack cheese, and a sunnyside up egg. Awesome for protein...horrible for fat! I wanted one in the worst way today...so I made one. With 93% lean beef, lean ham, and pepperjack on a whole wheat bun. A "healthy" cheat? I think so! I also have an awesome Post W/O meal for today. Took a scoop of Chocolate Isolate (ATW) and shook it up in 10oz skim milk and poured it over a bowl of shredded wheat. AWESOME!

Did some KB's today for a bit...felt good to work them in as it's been a while. My training is going to take a small change in the near future probably. With training a local RB for open tryouts, as well as teaching some KB classes coming up in the near future....I have a feeling that i'll be working a lot more on speed, agility, fat burning, AND strength. Yup...no complaints here ;)
