Ok in all seriousness is it possible to get a pump that hurts from this? When trying to pump the first serving it squirted out a bunch so I just applied it all I'm estimating 6-8mL. I had no idea how liquidy this was I thought it was much thicker closer to a cream. Definitely gonna pick up an oral syringe tomorrow it sucks that it spilled I cried a little

It can come out rather quickly indeed! One pump should be equal to bout 2mls. I think you are ok with that but your body weight, to even your training tempo could account for the painful pumps. I say roll that sucker! The syringe does help a bit as well as swirling each use.
 
Does anyone know if ep1c unleashed can be used at the same time as conquer unleashed amp'd version or will it be too much of a stim hit?
 
Don't know if it was discussed in this thread yet but I have been taking the capped version for a few weeks now and noticed that it seems to work better for me when I take it on an empty stomach. Just something I wanted to point out to those that take it with meals, maybe you can try it on empty stomach and see if you like it better that way.

I would definitely take it on empty stomach no matter if its addded absorption/bioavailability enhancing ingredient or not.
Catechins works best on an empty stomach and there are studies proving it

Ah I see, that would explain it then. Thanks for pointing that out. Just FYI the bottle label does not say to take on an empty stomach, it says take pre-workout or with breakfast on off days.
 
I already use a non-stim PWO, would you expect any negative interactions induced by the combination of the 2? Train fasted first thing in the am. So, empty stomach. Thinking 1 Ep1c unleashed cap washed down with my PWO. OR should I discontinue the PWO? Also have TD as an alternative...

It should be no issue at all. Why not do 2 caps of EU pre-wo?
 
Have never tried it. I will probably start with 1 and then go up to 2 depending on my reaction. it is actually on order right now.....smoking Sup3r-11 release party savings got me ordering lots of stuff. Glad to know no issues are expected. In between cycles and need a pick me up! Sounds like the ticket!

So now that this has been out for quite some time, what's the opinion on caps vs. TD? Looking to pull the plug on two bottles, just deciding if I want to do 2 bottles of caps or 2 bottles of TD. I suppose I can purchase one of each and have the best of both worlds.

I would recommend one of each or 2 TD because I personally think you get a little bit better absorption:)

I was going to say 8 weeks of both ha, but if that's not option I would prefer 8 weeks of one or other... But definitely try the combo when you can.

Lol yeah I would love to run 8 weeks of both, down the road I'll treat myself and do that. For now I'll stick with the 8 weeks of EU. Thanks again for your input, much appreciated.

Around 15% body fat. Goto the gym 6 days a week and never have a problem with endurance as I stay for a minimum of 2 hours.

Currently on an EC Stack taking Push 10 and alcar pre workout and bcaa during. Fish oil, joint supps, vitamin D and ZMA/melatonin are the only other products I am taking.

Well, that is what it will do for you, probably to a greater degree than all those regular products.
 
Yeah. It works. Been taking 1 cap Pre-workout in the morning and transdermal@ 1 pump in the evening. Worried that I was a non-responder for about the first week but my last 3 workouts have been stellar. Definitely giving me a performance/endurance boost. Getting more reps and feel strong. Train at 5am fasted. Last meal is casein 1 scoop at 9 pm. I am also stim free. EP1C is giving me the boost that I used to feel off stim products...only, non-stim. Almost like a mild prohoromone feeling. It rocks. More vascular for sure too!

The most noticeable effects are increases in strength and endurance. It is not really just capacity to work out longer, it is more the ability to get an extra set or two and decreased rest between sets without a drop in strength output. There are also general health benefits (ie. BP regulation, moderate fat loss, etc).

Since the order EU caps I placed yesterday will arrive by the end of June, when is it best to apply the first dose ? Mind you I wake up around 04:30-04:50 to have a small pwo breakfast and train at 06:00 for an hour so by 07:20 I'm home to eat, shower and go to work.

Lol yes, I typed the post late at night so it might not make sense...

1st pump after you shower (before work). 2nd pump when you get off work or pre-bed - whatever is easier

The way I calculated is, it will be about 45 min to an hour before I start training from the moment of application plus an hour of training and till I get back home so around 2 and a half hours before showering.

You can do that and it will not be a waste. It is far away from your shower where it will have dried and absorbed into the skin that the risk of rinsing it off is negligible. But keep in mind, the TD doesn't have as much of an acute effect as the caps so no big deal not to dose pwo.

^^^Agreed. I'd opt for equal spacing and more stable levels. I don't find the acute effects of the TD as noticeable as the oral EU.

Noted. It's just temporary till I get the caps again and then back to one pump later in the afternoon.

Going to have another break from epi. I have bad tendinitis in my right shoulder and I want to see if I drop it it will have any effect on my tendon health

3 caps a day for 8 weeks? ( 1-AM and 2 pre-workout)

Or

2 caps pre-workout for 12 weeks?

Tough to say because 2 caps is enough for most people. If you haven't tried EU yet, start at 2 caps per day for 2 weeks and then go up to 3 for another couple weeks to compare.
If you have already used EU before try 3 right away and asses whether the strength/endurance increases are worth a shorter run.

Hmm fair enough. I was using the TD at 2 pumps a day but was getting a rash (unfortunately I have very sensitive skin) so that is why I'm now switching over to caps.

I like the idea of starting at the 2 caps for 2 weeks and then trying out the 3 caps for comparison. Thanks brotha!
 
Aplogies if this has been covered already...has there been any reports of negative sides on joints whilst using ep1c caps?

In terms of recomp/fat loss, are there any ep1c stacks to look at (doesnt have to be OL only stacks!)?

Joint issues are not a common side effect associated with (-)-Epicatechin supplements so no worries there.

ARA/Epic are a great recomp stack. (-)-Epi also stacks well with Dermastrength(Laxogenin) and or Triumph(phosphatidic acid).

I workout at 8pm ish. I shower before i workout due to work around 630ish, so after I shower I can apply 2 pumps of the td to the top of my feet? How long should i wait to put socks on?? Does it go on clear? How long does it take to dry ? I walk to the gym (11minute walk) will me sweating on my way to the gym be a waste of the td?

Personally I would application on my feet cumbersome. I pump it on my wrists and rub onto my chest and ribs. Application after your shower is perfect and it should dry within a few minutes, however actual penetration through your skin will take longer. Moderate sweating should actually help absorption, you just don't want to wash or rub it off.
 
Can anyone point me in the direction of logs where EU has been used specifically for a cut?

Trying to decide if it's worth using along side a fat burner or not?! If so, any recommendations; stim or non-stim?

EU is not a stimulant so it could be paired with either a stimmed or non-stim fat burner or both. IMO, it's not gonna be a powerhouse supplement for cutting on its own. However, results are diet dependant. EU would help preserve strength and endurance on a calorie deficit. It is a powerful antioxidant so there are numerous health benefits with that as well.
