Putting Weight Supp with Supp-D

What's up fellas??? Elbow felt pretty good today so decided to train back/bis. Took 2 scoops of Supp-D as I didn't sleep for crap last night and needed that extra boost. Wasn't as strong on rack pulls as normal which was disappointing but a decent day none the less.

Face pulls

Up the ladder no rests between sets, up 2 spots after each set

Reverse grip lat pulls

Cable curls drop sets
50x10, 42.5x10, 35x10, 30x10
For 5 sets

Incline db curls
40x20x4

Spider curls ez bar drop set with straight bar
55x10, 50x10
For 5 sets.

Elbow feels pretty good right now. Cane home and put it on ice right away just in case.

What was your cardio today?

Treadmill
Start at lvl 5 for 5 mins then up to lvl 6 for 5 mins etc all the way up to level 10 for 5 minutes. Then 5 minutes of heavy bag work 2 minutes on 1 minute off went pretty light on this as I was pretty beat

These are killers, but since I can't go heavy due to my damn elbow I gotta bust my ass or I feel like I didn't do enough. Good thing is I'm in and out in under an hour everytime!

Could barely lift my arms after this. Took a little longer rests between sets.

Reverse grip lat pulls hold at the bottom for 5 seconds
