Putting the X back in Factor with poseidon

from what i gather poseidon is good stuff. Im currious of it myself..
 
DAY 8 X-factor(4pills) + poseidon(1servings)

Again due to bathroom activites i will limit poseidon to only 1 serving daily and will take it after a meal or with one just to see if that helps my uncomfy feelings lately

First Day back in a week going heavy again, strength was still there but no major increase in strength which i expected taking a week off heavy stuff.

-felt great being back to heavy weights after one week off
-weights felt heavy but very moveable
-deads were strong but slow glad i did pretty good possible PR
-endurance was totally up on rowing, i mean after that workout i t was my best rowing the entire past week which is really impressive, maybe its the poseidon, maybe its not. either way i improved from 5min impossibles to 20mins pretty damn good
-guesss thats about it
-really hoping with this increased cardio almost daily my body starts shedding fat doing my best wiht my diet to rule out crap and stuff

Workout Notes
-bb curls were alright, nothing to say really about these about average compared to other workouts
-hammers were one rep higher soo they stay in workout, otherwise ill switch them out
-squats, HOLLER, told myself to get 225x8 but i wouldnt stop, i was dead at 8 but i had a good spotter there if i needed him and just kept going while ripping my pants at the crotch each rep haha it was great, PR too
-calves nothing to say, arches of feet hurt o well
-leg curls were brutal, cuz my hamstrings got destroyed from those squats (which went really low)
-core work was great, im improving greatly in core department and thats relaly good for me cuz i got a bad back and weak abs i think


PS- IM AS SICK AS A DOG, TUMMY HURT ALL DAY, FELT LIKE I WAS GONNA BARF, BUT I WENT ON !

-honestly dont feel anything with xfactor yet, but my workouts are pretty good so far being alittle over one week in im told xfactor kicks in 2weeks soo any day now bammm!
 
so I don't have to look back for it, what do you use as a working weight for bench presses?

bench presses being what.

db flat - umm think i did 85x10+ something, hoping to close in on 100s very soon thats maxing my gym, but i can make heavier ones using a strong single barbell db like bar to add 25lb plates

db incline - umm 80x13 i think is my current best first set, my strength on these went up 10lbs each week for the past like 3 months started at 30s hehe cuz i was soo weak

bb incline - these feel weird for me, but i wsa doing 185x7-10 i think on smith machine, which still feel weird so id rather do DB

bb flat - 225x6 is hard with the 2-4second negatives, havent gone heavier then that since shoulder injuries but im bound to go up alittle very soon

I would say it is, but then when u get u'll look back and be like damn wow I improved alot! Its always nice to go workout and improved everytime be it weight or reps.

ty, i didnt know it was that heavy till i added it up lol, last time i went heavy i PRed big time too, this is a huge PR both in LBs and in reps...

gonna have to max the sled out soon just to see howmany i can get but thats not DC so maybe i wont gotta hold myself back dont wanna risk anything,

these past 3 years have been up and down, injury stops me i boucne back then another injury or get bad virus loose everything again well not this time!!!

-deadlifts went great, i did 385x1 sumo and i was shaking doing it so my friend laughed while i did em and i was like WTF so i went to convential
-385x5 or 6 convential deadlifts wbelt and straps overhandgrip new record on reps woot woot i believe, 2 felt strong and solid 2 were ok, and 1-2 was crappy
-squats i was soo tired, 225x6x4 is ok nothing like my PR week last time 225x11 but felt heavy etc etc
-widowmakers were hard got first 10easy went wider stance and knocked out the rest last couple super duper hard
-im pwning the ab rollers 20reps yikes a few weeks ago 3 reps were hard !

i used to record all my workouts on vid, afraid my camera will get jacked at current gym but we shall see maybe ill take the chance sometime, log would rock with videos of all big lifts and show me how im doing on form and stuff

-moved up 5lbs on the db inc pressing just cuz i felt 13reps set 1 was good with 80s so i went to 85 and got 13 woot
-mil db pressing suffered due to my increase in chest pressing o well maybe ill keep it in there maybe ill switch it to something else
-dips were alright nothing really ground shaking
-chinups were hard i was dead tired today and going into the gym i was poooped but i gave it all i had
-rack deads were really hard, each rep was brutal but i did my best and maxed my PR whcih i think is 4
 
how do you do a dragonflag negative only?

basically turn yourself into some weird yoga pose thing

so i hold onto the bench, my neck/head/back/shoulders dig into the bench and i hold myself straight up as if it was a headstand but i keep my body on bench

then slowly i do this slowly lower my body doing the negative part of the movement and then let me feet hit the floor and rest lol

i just cant bring my legs back up yet haha but im making great progress on ab rollers to think i went from 2-3 to 20 easy is fantastic

eager to try the standing up one soon knees dont touch floor only toes

-body is sore all over if i stretch, lets are still really tired, and hurt/sore if i stretch or lean and stuff nothing actually hurts without me provoking it, feels good i like the pain, and triceps and chest

-today is day 23, tomm or thurs i will possible take a photo and will def take mesurements along with scale readings throughout the next 2 days just to show some progress or lack thereof

-i know i am alittle leaner, and i hope im maintaining if not building muscle !

-squats were really heavy, got 4 reps at 275 which is my personal best at that weight currently possible all time PR but i somehow doubt that
-widowmakers aka squats 135lbs for 20reps were easier then normal this is good news of course esp after a possible PR or CPB set
-did romaninans cuz i wasnt gonna do lying leg curls but didnt have straps and just couldnt hold weight anymore and back was burning
-leg curls light and easy i was totally burnt
-ab rollers my hand hurt a lot i couldnt really hold onto the thing just did some reps

-ummm, nothing really my body lately has been alitttle more sore then normal, but that makes sense if im breaking PRs everyweek or coming close and increasing weights otherwise

perhaps yea, not sure if its marketed as a 50day product or a 25day product idk, i also increased my egg intake and am doing my best to take in no fish, and no olive oil

in your opinion, would you say the results you obtained from xfactor warrents the cost for it ?

many supplements are hard to tell, since im halfway done with this log still 25days to go i can only hope xfactor kicks in more hardcore with the soreness and whatever it does, posedion sadly should never have been given to me my body doesnt like it, i wish i was chosen for a more hardcore stack but o well nothing i can do but know its not for me.

lots of supplements effect everyone diff, many dont affect me at all including phera and epistane on a postive note, i felt nothing off them nothing off DTHC nothing off xfactor. my list continues !

TRAINING NOTES
-flat db benching i went up 5lbs this week and got a good amount of reps in im happy with that, but my CNS was DEAD today warming up with 65s i could barely carry them to the bench then the 90s felt like 150s (which i never seen)
-push pressees are new, i enjoyed them but didnt like so much or was alittle worried about resting weight around my collarbones, first two sets i didnt jump at all just sorta squated alittle and pushed up, second set went behind my head, third and fourth sets i really put a good small jump like olympic style with legs split front and back and got more reps they were fun
-closegrip bench, still coming along not happy with weight but after doing first 2 things i guess that makes sense
-lat pulldowns bumped up 25lbs woot woot i wanted a change wasnt seeing any progress at 150 so im happy with 10reps as my max for now which is fine by me
-bb tbar row old school style i love these, first time doing them in over a year or 2years they were great, no DC style here just warming up and finding what finally felt heavy, 180 was a heavy weight which im hoping to blow past soon
