-ive had the runs for 2 days, stuff looks like coffee grinds i havent even had much coffee in past 2 days maybe 2 total this isnt fun last 2 nights middle of night i had to do number 2, totally sucks i dont know what caused this, not blaming posedion but i aint sure what it is
 
It's the magnesium, most likely. I had to start at 3/4 a scoop and move up, or else I had to walk really fast from the station home after my post workout dose.

I am willing to bet that the reason why you are getting the runs is from poseidon.

-FDNY results back in i scored 99.7 list number 1300something out of 30-50thousand !!!, no future tests listed but something soon hopefully

-got blood and pee results back from me being sick and complaining of heat sweat and other problems my results are

-cant seem to improve on the flat barbell benching but if you compare it to last time i did it i dropped down to 185 and 205 so i guess its ok, but sadly my shoulders are starting to bother me alittle i really hope it goes away fast my shoulders have stopped me 2x in past 3 years and removed all my gains

my core hurts and cns appears dead, i shrugged 135 several times before leaving the gym and picking the 135up hurt my back and didnt like that, so im hoping i feel all better by tomm sat for my big workout which includes biceps, deads, squats,

1. saw chiroprator got some xrays of my back, he did a bunch of testing my feet on a like copy machine thing, took some readings of my spine with something and did a vertabra each one test thing i hope to post some of those results once i understand more so i can share my experience and get advice from you all reading my log

2. NYC Sanitation Test physical tomm, thats part 2 of getting on the job. Id love to get that job oo yea starting money is nice and then in 5 years bumps up to a very very respectable number and option to retire and move up ranks in 20years ! with sweet pension etc !!!

-just got back from chiro and went over xrays and got first adjustment from him

-ill fillin more details later and stuff, but basically my spine is being pulled at 2-3 locations, and one of the bottom discs areas where the nerves is being crushed or compressed its much smaller then it should be

-so doc said no squats at all, he knows all about fitness and working out im seeing him again tomm and will try and get more info out of him about what he recommends me not to do or to doo etc...

-lastly, i told him im taking in like 300-400g protein on avg and he was like whoah thats way too high, hes like i only get 100 daily and i was like huh lol, need to talk more about this, this guy trains some of the top gyms in the city on stuff and i hope to trust him on most things he says

according to the labels, the serving of the actual poseidon complex is or should be just about the same

clearly something is missing if they add in blast complex and maybe 1-2 other little things differently

A Cardiac Stress Test is a medical test performed to evaluate arterial blood flow to (and indirectly the amount of oxygen that will reach) the myocardium (heart muscle) during physical exercise, compared to blood flow while at rest. As an exercise test, the results can also reflect overall physical fitness. These tests do not assess Emotional stress, or other connotations of the term stress.

Stress test abnormalities (i.e. if it is "positive") are an indication of marked imbalances of relative blood flow to different portions of the Left Ventricular muscle tissue of the heart. This is important because the Left Ventricle of the heart performs the greatest amount of work involved in pumping blood around the body. Blood flow imbalances within the heart muscle of the other three heart chambers are not detected this way.

Usually, only High Grade Stenoses (i.e. severe narrowing) of the larger coronary (surface of the heart) arteries can be detected. Severe stenoses, e.g. those greater than 75% occlusion, are usually the result of advanced Atherosclerosis (i.e. hardening of the arteries, or arterial disease) and these High Grade Stenoses are the usual cause for both "stable" or reproducible exercise-related Angina (chest pain) and for "positive" stress tests. Less severe stenoses are automatically compensated for, by vasodilation (widening or relaxing) of the ventricular arterioles during exercise, and do not usually produce enough of an imbalance of relative blood flow, to be detectable by stress test methods.

What most laypersons do not realize, is that stress tests do not detect atheromata (accumulations of macrophages overloaded with membranes containing cholesterol and other fats, within the walls, not lumens, of arteries) present throughout the heart or other body arteries, nor do they reveal the Vulnerable Plaques, which are the cause of most Heart Attacks or Myocardial Infarctions. Recent (late 1990's) clinical studies have shown, that the vulnerable plaques which produce most myocardial infarctions are commonly present within many regions of the coronary (surface of the heart) arteries, yet are typically relatively flat, i.e. not protruding into the artery lumen sufficiently to produce enough stenosis (usually less than 50%, average 20% by some IVUS studies) to be detectable by stress test methods. Thus, over the last 20 years or so, newer approaches in research, have increasingly focused on IMT to detect plaque at earlier stages of progression, before the artery lumen becomes severely stenosed, or compromised.

So the major limitation of the stress test approach, is that it needs a high grade stenosis as an indicator of heart attack risk. High grade stenosis, while being a good indicator of advanced arterial disease, is not the major cause for the majority of heart attacks. This issue is also reflected in the results of the COURAGE trial[1], which demonstrated that "intensive pharmacologic therapy and lifestyle intervention", which they called "Optimal Medical Therapy" (not opening stenoses with Angioplasty, per-se) produced the more effective results in survival and quality of life.

SUPER LATE AND HORRIBLE LOG ENDING

First and foremost i want to apoligize to the companies that let me test these products for i did not properly finish the logs and didnt do a summary at the end due to real life issues destroying my time.

In summary, i made some increases in strength and thats about it. Poseidon gave me the shii tz, so i stoppped taking it. Xfactor i really didnt notice any changes other then a small strength increase.

However some reasons for not getting better results are because some injuries popped back up, and that very easily limiited my results.


Again i am sorry and hope you guys can forgive me.
