I'm still having some pain in my right wrist so I decided to stay light and continue this 30 sec on 15 sec off routine rather than counting reps. Really beats the crap out of your muscles. Worked bis and tris tonight.

Wrist isn't too bad tonight. Wasn't able to make it to the gym for legs so decided to do what I could here and work in chest as well. Interesting thing happened during one of my incline sets...out of nowhere the lightbulb shattered. Unfortunately it's right above my bench. Didn't get cut but had to take about a 10 minute break in the middle to clean up all the glass. Reminded me of that movie The Natural when Redford hits the lights it was the same popping sound.
