My right wrist started hurting today while training back. Still pretty sore so I'm upping the dose back to twice a day. Hoping that will take care of it.

I'm still having some pain in my right wrist so I decided to stay light and continue this 30 sec on 15 sec off routine rather than counting reps. Really beats the crap out of your muscles. Worked bis and tris tonight.

I've actually never have used wrist straps. I really want to try them out. On certain lifts don't them take away from grip strength. Just what I heard.

I personally use 1 ton hooks. Well worth the cash

Wrist isn't too bad tonight. Wasn't able to make it to the gym for legs so decided to do what I could here and work in chest as well. Interesting thing happened during one of my incline sets...out of nowhere the lightbulb shattered. Unfortunately it's right above my bench. Didn't get cut but had to take about a 10 minute break in the middle to clean up all the glass. Reminded me of that movie The Natural when Redford hits the lights it was the same popping sound.

50s on those hammers. Damn dude! I'm up to 30s with slow negatives for 15 reps. I'm trying so hard to catch up to you but you're damn strong

It's supposed to get down to -26 with windchill tonight. Man I love winter lol. Had some stiffness in my right knee this morning, it's not as bad as it was but still kinda annoying. The rest of my joints are golden. Trained back this morning. Put my pull-up bar the best I could. It's one that mounts to the frame but living in a trailer the frames are too close to the ceiling so I just looped it over the door. Held up today so may keep doing it that way.
