Laying down on your back using the high pulley to do curls bringing the curl bar down to your throat. Like a barbell tricep press with the resistance reversedok, now what the heck are guillotine curls??

Slow negs make it a whole different ball game. Here's another one to try. I call them bicep blasters....(standing db curls) 25s, 30s, 35s, 30s, 25s no rest between 10 reps of each =1 set.Lol 50s are my best for 10 right now. Nooooo I just got over the flu. I grew up liking the Niners with Montana. "The Catch" was the first full game I paid attention to. Listened to it with my dad driving across the State when I was 9 and lost my mind for the Niners lolEveryone is getting or has gotten sick. It's just your turn.
