Great burn and pump!!
Might have overdone it a bit as my left elbow is pretty stiff right now.

ok, now what the heck are guillotine curls??

Laying down on your back using the high pulley to do curls bringing the curl bar down to your throat. Like a barbell tricep press with the resistance reversed

Lol 50s are my best for 10 right now. I've been doing 4 second negatives so 5 sets of 15 with 25s fries my bis pretty thoroughly like that. Haha brings my ego down a lot though.

Slow negs make it a whole different ball game. Here's another one to try. I call them bicep blasters....(standing db curls) 25s, 30s, 35s, 30s, 25s no rest between 10 reps of each =1 set.

Good day today my joints in my left arm feel good, still some pain in my knee but not too bad. Think I may be in the beginning stages of a cold. Kinda feeling crappy today. Good thing I have a couple more days off from work. Big game tomorrow GO NINERS!!!!

Nooooo I just got over the flu. I grew up liking the Niners with Montana. "The Catch" was the first full game I paid attention to. Listened to it with my dad driving across the State when I was 9 and lost my mind for the Niners lol

No joints feel good, some pain in my knee but that's never been there so I must've just tweaked it.

looks like a mostly db day. never got into doing a total db day. do you do this often? or do you like to mix it up with bb and machines too?

Just depends really. If I make it to the gym I like doing some bb work but if I'm just training at home it's all db and band work.

Do you have any bands? I've been getting some pretty decent work in with mine. I bought a Tri-band handle and have a 50, 40, and and 30 that I put on it. Works great!

It's harder to get good shape then to get size. I tell everyone I am as big as I want to get but I want more shape. I want deep deep cuts and round full muscle bellies.
