Day 21

No gym today. I was considering working chest and triceps and taking tomorrow off, but decided against it. My joints are starting to feel pretty rough, particularly my elbows. I suppose the AI aspect of Recycle could have a small part in it, but I really can't be sure. I usually take Super Cissus and have been out of it for about a week so I was expecting the pain to come back at some point. My joints are always in awful shape without it.

I experimented by taking 2 FS XR with just a glass of water this morning. I was curious to see if there would be any changes in gut burn with prolonged use. I waited 35 mins before having breakfast and there were no issues at all. I'll try it again tomorrow to see if I got lucky with today's dose.

I used 5 caps of SLINshot before a 190g carb breakfast. I'm limiting myself to using it once a day for now because with the increased dosage/use over the last week I'm running low. I have more coming, but I don't think it's shipped at this point. Hopefully I'll have it by Wednesday.

My foot is back in decent condition and I'll be having another week of physical workdays and minimal sleep. I'm hoping it will start getting a little easier on my body as I adjust. So far it hasn't effected my gym performance too much.

I managed to get poison ivy all over my arms and legs and it sucks. It gets pretty uncomfortable especially when working up a sweat. I've been wearing pants and sleeves at the gym and trying to ignore it, but the shyt itches like crazy.
 
Day 22

Only got about 3.5 hours sleep last night...poison ivy on my legs was driving me crazy. Still feel pretty refreshed and got an extra boost from 2 caps of FS XR. I had it with a glass of water for the second day in a row and the gut burn never happened. I could feel a slight warming starting , but nothing bad ever came of it.

I popped 6 SLINshot before a 1700 cal 220g carb breakfast and have no bloat or weighed down feeling whatsoever...muscles are feeling nice and full though. I only have 3 caps left so it looks like I'll be going at least a day without it before the backup arrives. I'm interested to see how I react to a massive breakfast without it.

I should be getting a decent workout throughout the day and burning a bunch of calories. My plan is to work chest and tris tonight in between work. Hopefully my energy holds up and the lack of sleep doesn't minimize any progress. I'm gonna need to make sure I get some more sleep this week so I don't crash and burn halfway through.
 
I forgot to mention I weighed 204lbs this morning. I think I'm holding a little extra weight from yesterday's day off though. If I've gained any fat its minimal because I can't see any. After I drop some water weight I think I'm up close to 3lbs overall. Muscles are looking full and solid and I think I've added a little size to both upper and lower body. I've been adding size consistently for a while now (like 40lbs in a year lol). It will probably start to slow down as I get closer to my previous weight.

Got home from work to see my next round of D-pol had arrived already. I'm still waiting in Recycle and SLINshot, but it should be here in the next couple days.

I had my D-pol, a cap of FS XR, and multi with a sandwich, relaxed for a little while, and just mixed up a scoop of MM in my new Purus shaker (came with D-pol). Now I'm heading to the gym to work chest and tris. I'm pretty tired so I'm counting on the supps for the needed energy to keep the progress moving.
 
It was decent. I made some progress, but not like I have been. I think lack of sleep/work had an impact.

Looking back, I still had good overall progress. I just wasn't "feeling it" like the last week of workouts. I'm need to manage some more sleep, but its going to be tough the next few days. If I can get a solid 5 hours tonight I'll be happy.
 
Day 23

I slept about 4 hours last night. Not what I was hoping for, but its a small step in the right direction. At this point I'm not that tired and a couple caps of FS XR are giving me a little extra boost.

I finished up my first bottle of SLINshot this morning. I only had 3 caps with a 200g carb breakfast. I still didn't have any bloat with the smaller dose which is nice. I'm pretty sure I'll receive my SS and Recycle tomorrow. That's good timing because I only have 2 days left of the first round of Recycle as well. I ran out of whey protein today too, and have more on the way. It's gonna a be a struggle getting additional calories while working without it. Hopefully I can come up with enough food to hit my target calories because I'm running low and haven't had time to pick anything up.

At this point I haven't decided if the gym is going to happen today. It's gonna depend on when I get out of work. If today ends up an "off day" I'll be skipping my planned rest on Thursday to make up for it.

If I'm reading the bolded right that's 10 pounds increased from last week? Sick gains bro. I can't wait til this weekend when I can hit it full again! Nice work once again bro.

Thanks LTL. Yeah my gains have been coming in chunks with some of the lifts this last week. I should probably drop the intensity sometime soon too. I hardly ever do.

Great workout brother!!! Our lifts and weight are almost the same bro...but only you are really strong on legs....the most I squat is 315lbs and you did 400+....really doing great bro!!! Keep it up!!

Thanks Punja! I noticed we have some similar lifts... but I weigh a lot more. At your weight its much more impressive. My legs have always been pretty strong from hockey. Hopefully I can squat 500 in the next few weeks sometime.

I'm gonna hit the gym for what should be a light workout. I'm ridiculously tired and feel like I'll be disappointed if I attempt deads and other back work. I'll probably just do some bis, forearms, calves, abs and save the heavy back work for Thursday. I'm out of work early enough that I can get some things done and hopefully catch up on some sleep tonight.

I had my D-pol about 45 mins ago and I'm finishing up a big scoop of MM now. I'm heading to the gym and will see how I feel, then plan my routine on the fly.

A little late but sounds like you are doing good work so far! Great choice logging our products!
I agree that sometimes you have to go with how your body is feeling. Especially with big lifts like deadlift,more prone to injury if you are just going through the motions.

The supplements definitely came through for me tonight. I was dead tired and my arms were worn out from work. MM brought me out of my sleep and I think D-pol/Recycle gave me the edge needed to push through what could have been a poor performance. I really didn't expect to be able to make any progress tonight, but I seem to have another gear that I previously did not. I'm hoping to get some weekday workouts in after a somewhat decent amount of sleep because if I'm adding weight under these conditions I should be crushing previous lifts if refreshed. Im shooting for 6 hours sleep tonight and that will be a big improvement over the last two nights.

You only got 4 hours of sleep last night and you still had a huge jump on your preacher curl. Not to mention an amazing looking workout. Nicely done bro. Get to sleep I can only imagine what 6 hours would look like in your increases!

Wow! Thanks Aaron! Alpha move brother. I'll definitely be going hard throughout the log and I already became a customer (for life). I guess I could never have too much SLINshot the way I'm burning through it. I'm guessing D-pol should only be run for 8 weeks? Also wondering if a double dose of Recycle would be beneficial for month 2? If youre thinking no for those 2, then I could use some MM...down to the last 2 scoops.

Day 24

I think I got close to 5 hours sleep last night...baby steps. haha. I should be getting out of work fairly early today. There's gonna be record heat (100 and humid) so hopefully we wrap up by 3, before I collapse from heat exhaustion.

My weight dropped to 201.2 (+2.2 overall) but its still up. I came up short with the calories yesterday as I really didn't have the food to get over 6000. I have some protein arriving today which should help pick up the slack... a couple monster shakes can go a long way when eating this much.

Had 2 caps FS XR about 20 mins before breakfast. I was without SLINshot this morning and my backup should arrive today. Im feeling a little sluggish after a big carb/calorie meal and can feel the difference without SS.

My plan is to work shoulders this late afternoon. I hope this heat doesn't kick my ass and I still have some energy...if not I have MM to help fight through it.

Work was brutal in the 100 degree heat and humidity, but I don't feel too bad. I came home to see the Recycle and SLINshot I ordered had arrived. I'm now officially ready for month 2.

Thanks to Aaron and Purus I'll be getting an additional bottle of Recycle (3 total) and another tub of Muscle Marinade. I'm going to start dosing Recycle 4 caps twice daily starting with my second serving tonight. I'm excited to see how the morning and night servings compare to just one. I want to thank Aaron and Purus again for allowing me 2 products of my choice to add to my second month of the log. It's a very generous gesture and its much appreciated.

I had D-pol, 1 FS XR, 2 Orange Triad, and vitamin d with some tuna. I cracked open some more SLINshot to bring to the gym and I'm gonna have 4 caps before my post workout shake. I'm just finishing up some MM and going to work shoulders. I only have a scoop if MM left so the news of more on the way is very welcomed.

I was ready to drop by the end of the workout. As soon as I stepped out the gym door and was slapped with the heat I felt like I was going to puke. I actually felt like I could fall asleep on the ride home. I'm going to have some food (with SLINshot before and Recycle during meal), get a little work done, then pass out. I need to try and improve on the sleep some more and get at least 6 hours. It's getting a little easier as my body adjusts to my new grueling schedule, but I still can't keep up this pace for too long. The fact that I'm still improving in the gym is mind boggling to me. It really speaks to the effectiveness of the stack and the added edge its providing. I'm really looking forward to finally settling in to my new routine and seeing what kind of gains I can make over the next month.
 
Those numbers are sick once again man. For your size you put up some serious weight on your lifts.

Sucks that the schedule and heat is messing you up bro but these products are pretty focking legit from the looks!

Thanks man. My shoulder strength is finally coming back strong...it was lagging behind for a whille.

The stack is definitely working great for me. When I've been lifting on weekdays it feels like I got my ass kicked by the time I get to the gym. I'm sure I'll get used to it soon, but its rough. I'm gonna need to be on point tomorrow for deads.
