My workout went pretty well. Not huge progress with everything, but some was made. BB flat bench is lagging behind the rest of my lifts in terms of getting back to where I was. I might switch my approach next time around. The gym was packed so I had to swap some planned exercises.

-tried starting with bw+70 but the pressure on my left palm made my hand go numb and the feeling shot up my arm. I did something to it at work, but not sure what.

Looking back, I still had good overall progress. I just wasn't "feeling it" like the last week of workouts. I'm need to manage some more sleep, but its going to be tough the next few days. If I can get a solid 5 hours tonight I'll be happy.

I'm gonna hit the gym for what should be a light workout. I'm ridiculously tired and feel like I'll be disappointed if I attempt deads and other back work. I'll probably just do some bis, forearms, calves, abs and save the heavy back work for Thursday. I'm out of work early enough that I can get some things done and hopefully catch up on some sleep tonight.
I had my D-pol about 45 mins ago and I'm finishing up a big scoop of MM now. I'm heading to the gym and will see how I feel, then plan my routine on the fly.

I agree that sometimes you have to go with how your body is feeling. Especially with big lifts like deadlift,more prone to injury if you are just going through the motions.

My workout went better than expected. I honestly though I might see a drop in performance, but weight and/or reps were added with the majority if what I did. I didn't perform any major lifts, but I got a good pump going and I was happy to see progress.

The supplements definitely came through for me tonight. I was dead tired and my arms were worn out from work. MM brought me out of my sleep and I think D-pol/Recycle gave me the edge needed to push through what could have been a poor performance. I really didn't expect to be able to make any progress tonight, but I seem to have another gear that I previously did not. I'm hoping to get some weekday workouts in after a somewhat decent amount of sleep because if I'm adding weight under these conditions I should be crushing previous lifts if refreshed. Im shooting for 6 hours sleep tonight and that will be a big improvement over the last two nights.

Day 24 continued
Work was brutal in the 100 degree heat and humidity, but I don't feel too bad. I came home to see the Recycle and SLINshot I ordered had arrived. I'm now officially ready for month 2.
Thanks to Aaron and Purus I'll be getting an additional bottle of Recycle (3 total) and another tub of Muscle Marinade. I'm going to start dosing Recycle 4 caps twice daily starting with my second serving tonight. I'm excited to see how the morning and night servings compare to just one. I want to thank Aaron and Purus again for allowing me 2 products of my choice to add to my second month of the log. It's a very generous gesture and its much appreciated.
I had D-pol, 1 FS XR, 2 Orange Triad, and vitamin d with some tuna. I cracked open some more SLINshot to bring to the gym and I'm gonna have 4 caps before my post workout shake. I'm just finishing up some MM and going to work shoulders. I only have a scoop if MM left so the news of more on the way is very welcomed.
