Funny you should mention that. Definitely noticed some drying today. It's been slow though. I haven't been getting extreme with my carbs in order to do a lean bulk. I'm thinking its working because I am slowly but surely getting leaner but staying at about 168! We will see, I may do pics today if I have time after gym.

Day 11 diet

Low carb protein bar
garlic seasoned chicken breast cut up in a salad with light ranch
2 1/2 scoops whey, 6 oz milk, 2 Tbs pb
bag of roasted cashews, low carb protein bar, jack links jerky
garlic seasoned chicken breast, greek yogurt
jack links jerky
garlic seasoned chicken breast, cut up in a salad with light ranch, handful of grapes, 1 scoop whey in water

~250 protein ~110 carbs

Diet was more then on point today! Felt dry and looking leaner for sure.

Killing it in here, love the PR's brother! Hammer Strength are some of my favorite machines. I love the Wide Lat Pull Down from them but I have to go visit my old gym to use that one. Starts out really wide then tapers inward as you pull down. Really hits the hell out of the entire lat!

Weight 168 (+1) a lot more dry then day 1 so I would say its actually about 2 Lbs of good change :-)

Shoulders/cardio. No PR's today. First workout in almost 5 weeks that I didn't get a PR. Overall workout was good. Glad to see my seated bb get up there again.

So, I know you're not a huge fan of the MM right? Are you using it? If not want to pass it along to a friend or another member here who may enjoy it? (Maybe they could cover shipping)

Yea I'm using np creatine mono. I run creatine probably 8 months out of the year.

Funny you put something about MM took a scoop 15 minutes ago and I'm zinging on the way to gym! Stuff is strong man but I feel amazing right now! Lmao, we'll see how my stomach acts!

I asked once who would like to try it and got no response. :-/. It's definitely good stuff though, just a bit strong for me. Gave Nate 4 scoops so far and I think he's wanting to order it! He loves the stuff.

I use to be big into Universal/Animal line....
They launched Shock Therapy they new 1 a few months ago. Tried a grape sample was ok... No ill feelings. Ordered a tub, it came in and I used it but had some crazy sinus infection. I figured I got sick from the mix of meds, sups, & the sinus issues. So a day or 2 ago I drank 1/4 to half a scoop, no energy or ill effects. Today I woke up felt decent even after last night & downed a whole scoop. Well same thing happened this time that happened in June, vomiting, headache, nervous, dizzy like, coughing, just over-all not feeling well. So, I'm done with that stuff; worst sup I've ever had in my life, feel awful after taking it!
On top of that my boss goes to ER sick from work today, the other boss ask if I could pop in, today has been a bullshyt day....

Legs/bis today. I finally slayed the dragon on my back! Improvement on squats, that has me very hopeful. Overall just killed it today. Energy from FSXR and mm had me flying. Pumps was beyond incredible my biceps were so rocked! I looked funny doing cardio because I could barely move my arms! My photographer was out

Wow! As I was leaving I said Fock it and hit another 10 mins of abs for the hell of it! Even found a new machine that was rocking my lower abs! King mode!

2 cans of tuna in light mayo, string cheese, Greek yogurt, and a handful of grapes! Over 65 protein down the hatch bros! This is my lunch nearly every day lately.

They were just the oatmeal and choco ones but I'll say they were the best damn cookies I've ever had!!!! Nate's wife knows how to cook sweets and I have a damn sweet tooth!

Chest/tris/cardio/abs. Killed it guys! Strength on chest is getting to where I was when I peaked at 179 on andromass/Mdrol run! 10 lbs lighter but pushing same weight! MM and FSXR came through again and the test boosting properties of recycle/dpol are more then evident at this point!
