I do that every morning i'm off literally. The grocery store workers know me because I go in that regularly. I live right next door so I just walk!
 
Okay all caught up good stuff man still hitting PR's I see! I love Muscle Marinade the Cherry Limeade Rocks. I am about to open my Fruit Punch one. Curious on the Fresh Fruit flavor though.

Fresh fruit is really good but it is a bit strong.
 
Alright got calipers in the mail and if I'm reading them right I have a three reading average of around 9-10. Anyone have any tips on using them?
 
Day 10 training

Weight 167 (even). I will have to say even with no weight gain I'd say I'm a lot cleaner today at this weight then day 1 so I think that speaks for itself.

Back/cardio/abs. Felt a bit to sore to I that hard today. Just wasn't with it. Did get a few PR's but they were on machines I haven't done in a long time and I've gained a lot of strength since then. I had to switch up the routine a bit today because of how crowded the gym was and how drained I felt. You'll notice if I'm feeling pretty drained I tend to switch to machine work on a lot of my lifts to compensate. Helps me still have an effective work out with less energy, I did manage to get a long effective workout in though. Sucks when energy kicks in half way through.

Thanks bro! I try to hit every area. Back is hard because so many of the lifts use the same muscles.

Your starting pictures show that you know how to build your back. When I get off the volume thing, I may have to steal your back workout.

I have two, today was my off routine. My norm is more pull up dominant. I love back day for sure! Thank you for the compliment btw.

Yeah, this one seemed like it was geared towards building mass with all the rowing movements. I do volume on biggest compound exercise for the body part thinking if I do enough, I will eventually hit all the smaller muscles as well. I need to think
mire about what I am doing. You deserve all the complements just for the thoughtfulness of thinking through your workouts.

Yea, yesterday the reason was that I didn't quite have the energy to do pull-ups, I felt as if I was going to wear out to quickly had I done them. The workout did feel great but I wish I could have concentrated more on the wide pull-ups. I've been seeing a huge increase in back lately and I think it had a lot to do with weighted pull-ups to be honest.
 
Alright sweet. My gym has older eqiupment. They have this old cybex pulldown. And I can really move some weight with the close hammer grip.
 
Day 11

Weight = unknown

Off day for me today. Got about 2 more hours of sleep then what I average and still woke up a bit drained. It doesn't surprise me that I'm exhausted being I average 2 hours a day in the gym and work everyday. Took a few fat smacks about two hours ago and man did they get me going! I'm wide awake, alert and ready for a good day just like that. I will happily say that libido took a boost in the last 24 hours for sure. It was funny because I just mentioned something yesterday to my buddy about how I was surprised that hasn't seen more of a recovery since my cycle and boom day 10/11 pulls through! Nice job Purus. :-) Very hopeful for the rest of this run and am about to reorder fat smack, I noticed it was on a 2-4 day wait for it at the planet though. Thinking I'll hit shoulders tomorrow and legs on Saturday, ready to see if all the leg work I've been doing will pay off on my squats this week.

Diet will stay clean today and my supplementing is:

7PM
3 dpol
2 recycle
2 fat smack
2 organ shield

2AM
2 recycle
1 fat smack

3AM
2 slinshot 15 minutes before my lunch

Been thinking about canceling my osta run I had planned. Hmm... What to do.. We'll see how week 3 goes. Two months of dpol/recycle might be fun. :-)
 
What Osta is it? IML product?
 
Oh...not sure about other products but, I'm coming to the end of my IML OstaRX run and have been blown away by it. Don't want to hijack your thread so I will just say...did not see much until I pushed the dose above 30mg and the recomp madness began. Cost of product(IML version) is prohibitive though.

Can't comment on the test/Dbol combo except what I have read. The Osta has given me nothing but positives though. I think it would be awesome after a bulk run.
