Arms/abs/cardio. As mentioned before I had a pretty bad headache when I woke up but pushed through and with Purus help had an amazing arm day. As I'm walking on the treadmill it actually feels as if my arms are swelling up! I rarely feel that good of a pump to where it is almost painful, in a good way.. I've been quite surprised at how rapidly my weighted dips are going up. Really glad I went back to them a few months ago.
Fatsmack fueled me right through this workout! Energy I increased as the workout progressed. Love this stuff!

Had my second day on MM today, loved every second of it. Worked bis and tris and had the best pump and energy since my last cycle. Seriously told my friend I felt like I was ON today. Killed my arms!

I start to feel like I'm going to throw up on some and MM gave me a few signs of that the other day. I will keep using it to try and get used to it but so far it isn't for me. Not downing the product just people react differently to products. Some DAA products do this to me as well as nearly all vitamins. It sucks!
