I have set times for my meals and whether I'm hungry or not I eat. Day 8 diet

1 slice whole wheat, 2 TBS PB, touch of low carb jelly
3 scrambled eggs, 1 slice whole wheat, 2 thick pieces of turkey bacon
2 1/2 scoops whey, 6 oz 1/2 percent milk, 2 TBS PB
Low carb protein bar, handful of gummi bears
grapes, fresh cut strawberries, small piece of home made zucchini bread (R3acts wife is the devil) ;-)
2 cans tuna, greek yogurt, half a medium banana (felt to guilty to finish lmao)
2 scoops whey, 4 oz 1/2 percent, 2 tbs PB

~235 protein ~170 carbs

Loved the food today and protein was spot on for where I want to be. Thought the day would end real good on carbs but my assistant's wife packed us fresh fruit and home made bread to snack on at work..... :evil: LMAO
 
Like everyone else has said: numbers look strong LTL! As for the dosing, I don't know the half lifes for the ingredients and I would think you just need to build up the serum levels in your blood. I was just following the instructs on the bottle. Love the food pics!!

Must have changed the dosing and bottle bro. Reading it now, says take one serving daily for PCT or nat test elevation. Serving size 4 capsules. :-/
 
Day 9 Pre-workout Supplementing

1 scoop MM

All pre-workout, going to give MM a shot again today. Hopefully it can lift me through todays workout. Going to cut back the diet a bit today. Even though its been pretty damn clean I seem to be holding some fat. A bit confused on that one.

Fresh cut fruit and the home bakery, its irresistible. Luckily its canning season which means less baking but we're in for it come winter.

Day 9 Training

Weight 167.5 (+.5)

Chest/cardio/abs. Trained fasted for the the first time, really didn't take strength away at all. Matter of fact my numbers were just about as high on flat as my PR. Which is an incredible feeling. These steady increases day after day are unheard of for me. That is what I'm always afraid of with doing it. Muscle marinade actually worked pretty damn good for me at just shy of 1 scoop.

I have to do a shout out to scottydoc for pushing me to record numbers again as ever since I've been going up daily! Thanks bud, you are the man!

~240 protein ~160 carbs
