nah, just kind of tweaked my muscle. As long as i rest today i should be okay tomorrow. Just think i slept funny and tweaked a muscle. I've had something like this happen before.
 
I was just on youtube.com surfing and saw that SWG has uploaded a bunch of videos so we'll hopefully be able to load them up soon.....man i'm proud of that front squat!

I know the form is not the best on my close grip pulldowns but i'm getting maximum contraction and it was definitely an off day for me. As for my form on the t-bar rows, bite me....that bar weighed more than i did!!! Anyways, I hope you enjoy the vids and a big thanks to SWG for doing this for me so i can show you how well my training is going! Hopefully the vids will suffice until i get some pics up.

Thanks bro! I'm pretty happy about the gains! Maybe next week i'll try to beat all the old videos just to truly test the gains from microdrol. Any thoughts?

No particular reason I guess. It just annoys the heck out of me when I ask for a spot from random dudes and they latch on to me right from the start like that. I'm known to donkey kick when that happens. (Actually I just say "Hands off!" :lol: ) - I never understood why people do that. I tell them, "Okay, I plan on hitting 6." yet they grab a hold of me from rep 1. :dunno:
 
I prefer my spot being close when i'm using that much weight because all it takes is one wrong move and i could mess my back up....I don't stress as much with back squats but with so much core being involved in front squats, i'd rather play it safe. Thanks for all the good comments and support guys. By the way, my back is back to normal thanks to my wife who spent a good half hour massaging the knot out of my back. I'll be in to rock back later on today!!!

Damn bro... quite impressive. I like the preacher curl "I GOT IT!" at the end. I'm like that too, when I know I can get it with every bit of strength... just like "Don't touch that f*cking bar!"

Pro Grip Pulldowns 270x8 / x4 / x2

Dumbbell Rows 160x7 (PR) 90x20

Preacher Curls 125x6 / x3 / x1 (I know i came short but damn i felt strong)

Reverse Grip Cable Curls 50x18

Notes:
- pumps are absolutely crazy today
- need to do a weigh in soon as i definitely think i'm up in weight again!

Took yesterday off due to knees aching for some strange reason.....Will go in to do workout a today and then make up yesterdays workout tomorrow. May do a different exercise to switch things up for chest today since it gets hit twice this week. I need to step on the scale today but i do not have one at home so when i weigh in today please understand that it will not exactly reflect how much weight i've gained.

Here in the states we have what is called a Bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich, a BLT for short. Its funny how that greasy bacon can taste so good with fresh vegtables and bread.
 
Workout A

Flat Smith Machine Presses 395x7 / x3 / x2

Dumbbell Laterals 40x11 / x5 / x3

Cable Pressdowns 235x11 / x6 / x4

Notes:
- BADASS workout
- this cycle has been worth it for the strength gains alone
- the pumps were absolutely amazing
- had a good laugh when someone came rushing over to "help" me when i was doing my tricep stretch....lol
- will do legs tomorrow to make up missing them
- stepped on the scale today at 253.8 at 3 in the afternoon (sorry i can't do a first thing in morning weigh in)
- no real sides to report yet
 
Good logging and cycle. I know a few BLT's on a daily basis will help you keep those gains. When does cycle end?
 
October 12th....I only want to run it for 4 weeks.
 
Haha, isn't it funny when people try to "help" you when you are doing your DC stretches? I always get these "holy sh*t his arms are gonna rip off" looks when I do my chest stretches. People are starting to get used to me doing them, but at least one person gets bug-eyed every workout.

So my DOMS today are absolutely unreal....Definitely trashed my chest,tris, and shoulders.

Definitely been a huge change in muscle definition and weight gain! Taper has become alot more accentuated as well.
 
Plans have changed for the gym....I'm going to head back to the gym on tuesday as i plan on playing football with SWG's team for the weekend. A little change of pace is good some times. Don't worry though i still plan on eating like a horse and smashing some numbers next week so i can wrap up my log well.

sorry i haven't been on here awhile but my wife and i have been battling the flu. Will be back in the gym tomorrow but i'll be taking a few weeks off from DC and just doing straight sets. I had a blast playing football with SWG on the weekend and i should be playing again this weekend.

I was fustrated by the deads.....felt strong and powerful but the lower back pump was just too much.
 
I will be going in later today to do legs....I'm getting them done early as i plan on playing football all weekend. SWG invited me last weekend and i had a blast so i'm going to try and play again this weekend.
 
Yeah I know what you mean, the back pumps I get from the deads are crazy.

Had a crap workout today as my knee has been a touch sore and my joints have been feeling fairly dry for the last few days. Backed off on weight and went for reps today but i really wasn't feeling it.

Legs

Smith Machine Squats 135x15 / 225x12 / 315x10 / 365x10 (These were done with a extremely narrow stance)

Leg Presses 400x10 / 600x10 / 800x10 / 1000x10 (This movement didn't seem to hurt my knees that much so i kind of pushed it a little more

One Leg Extensions 75x12 / 90x12

Lying Leg Curls 80x10 / 100x10 / 120x7

Standing Calf Raises Ran the rack with this exercise going from the stack all the way down

I also did some adductor and abductor work as my hips are beginning to get a bit sore which usually means for me that these muscles are getting weak

Notes:
- couldn't get into my workout today
- knees were very sore today
- definitely will try to have a better workout tomorrow

Trust me Concrete, you have not experienced true back pumps until you've used hormones. Its baaarutal!
 
You haven't experienced back pumps until you do a deadlift or squat day on superdrol. Other hormones were nothing comparatively. Epi was pretty bad, but not superdrol intense.

I've never had a problem with back pumps. Currently on week three of 60mg of Epi and 5mg SD with no issues. Today is last day on. I'm a lucky one I guess.
