Day 19
Took yesterday off due to knees aching for some strange reason.....Will go in to do workout a today and then make up yesterdays workout tomorrow. May do a different exercise to switch things up for chest today since it gets hit twice this week. I need to step on the scale today but i do not have one at home so when i weigh in today please understand that it will not exactly reflect how much weight i've gained.

Plans have changed for the gym....I'm going to head back to the gym on tuesday as i plan on playing football with SWG's team for the weekend. A little change of pace is good some times. Don't worry though i still plan on eating like a horse and smashing some numbers next week so i can wrap up my log well.
Had a crap workout today as my knee has been a touch sore and my joints have been feeling fairly dry for the last few days. Backed off on weight and went for reps today but i really wasn't feeling it.
Legs
Smith Machine Squats 135x15 / 225x12 / 315x10 / 365x10 (These were done with a extremely narrow stance)
Leg Presses 400x10 / 600x10 / 800x10 / 1000x10 (This movement didn't seem to hurt my knees that much so i kind of pushed it a little more
One Leg Extensions 75x12 / 90x12
Lying Leg Curls 80x10 / 100x10 / 120x7
Standing Calf Raises Ran the rack with this exercise going from the stack all the way down
I also did some adductor and abductor work as my hips are beginning to get a bit sore which usually means for me that these muscles are getting weak
Notes:
- couldn't get into my workout today
- knees were very sore today
- definitely will try to have a better workout tomorrow
You haven't experienced back pumps until you do a deadlift or squat day on superdrol. Other hormones were nothing comparatively. Epi was pretty bad, but not superdrol intense.
