Pumping and Toning - The borobulker story...

Hey you know when ur back, core and legs are more stable then the steel bars ur lifitng it off from, your doing something right!

The gym I am at now is great, but only offers the 45* walk in rack. No adequate for my safety when I switch back to a WSB type template.

I am certainly feeling increased stamina and endurance. I have increased the dose and I am dosing 1-2 pre-am cardio...
 
i can see u this new routine is far different from what ur used to with powerlifting.

Im guessing very short rest intervals keeping that high intensity super pace so you can melt away the fat?

Thanks man! I never ever leg-press because it is a pretty easy move for me for some reason. I touch my knees to my chest and my butt just slightly picks up at the bottom. My quads are shot...

Not yet...as you can see...

The diet is much MUCH more controlled that I have been in awhile, but it is necessary at this point.

Yeah that was a pretty ridiculous workout for a cut...and the poundage was impressive...no...more then impressive...outright bad ass for intense short interval training.

Are u waiting very long between post lift and dinner? Cause after a workout like that an apple and a bar seem...insufficient

Actually...i dont think i have....

But i dont doubt Casey's strength, i know the boy pushes some MAN weight. No joking around when he is under that bar.
 
Correction, I just looked him up on youtube. Saw the man hit a narrow and deep 405 for an easy 8 reps....

Code name: Pink Magic, a USPlabs beta

I was going to update you guys on it eventually but I wanted to get into week 2 first. I completely changed my routine to Jon Doyle's Specimen workout from the Asteroid stack V 2.0 manual. I am dosing 2 pink capsules, 3 times per day with food.

To put it quite simply; My strength is climbing, while I am losing BF.

I am holding some killer volume in my muscles. My quads are starting to separate. It feels like a huge all-day glycogen pump, but on my current diet plan, I am truly limiting carbohydrate intake.

Another predominating effect I have seen; 'vascularity like whoa'. During my training today, after one of my sets of reverse grip pulldowns... I unintentionally brushed my hand on my forearm of the other arm. I was very surprised to feel a huge vein hanging out. This is certainly new and extremely exciting.

This feels much like week 2 of a designer, but without the toxic feel. I feel good, I am not sure if it has anything to do with the Pink Magic or not but I am feeling calm and less stressed, even when I should be feeling the opposite... Hope that makes sense.

Next week is going to be the kicker, I plan on adding even more cardio/conditioning work and I want to increase all weights by at least 5% over this week.

After the discussion in various PM's (and here in my log) about my numbers vs. my diet and how this cannot be true… I had to talk to Jacob and see if I could post up some of my effects.
