Step 1: get nipples rock hard "I used ice but jumper cables, or anal stimulation may also work". Step 2: put super glue on your hard nipples. Step 3: profit. If you bought the good stuff it should dry clear allowing you to take your shirt off in public. Regardless I can Now wear thin clothes without looking like a fat gay with big arms and no belly. Before even when I had an 8 pack "my one genetic gift, when I'm lean enough" I still looked like I had a high bf due to my puffy nipples showing through my shirt. Try it out and I don't think you'll regret it

Well I'm in a long distance relationship and I don't cheat either so that won't be a problem. But me and my girlfriend talk about everything so it would be okay, she knows I tape(d) them down. I'm not 100% sure I like this better than tape, BUT you can wear this outside. If you think it's stupid or can afford surgery then by all means do it. I just posted it bc I thought there might be someone on here whom it could help :/ . I really hate my puffy nipples...
