Well I'm in a long distance relationship and I don't cheat either so that won't be a problem. But me and my girlfriend talk about everything so it would be okay, she knows I tape(d) them down. I'm not 100% sure I like this better than tape, BUT you can wear this outside. If you think it's stupid or can afford surgery then by all means do it.
