Prohormones and broken bones

Hi all,
I have all the makings of a decent lean bulk stack. I'm gonna be running p-mag + p-stanz after I finish the last of my cutting.
Well, at least that was the plan til Sunday morning I totalled my motorbike and smashed up my foot. I have broken my big toe in two places - It makes walking a bit difficult, let alone treadmill running (my favourite cardio) I've been going to the gym to keep up with my resistance training and have been doing 20 min sessions on the rowing machine.

If I keep this up, I am sure I can still hit my target in a few weeks, at which point i'd be jacking in the cardio and upping the calories for my bulk and cycle. But something tells me my toe is gonna take more than a few weeks to return to normal. My question is: will starting my cycle while my foot is still in a bad way affect the recovery of bone and muscle? I like to think that maybe it would speed up the process, but I realise we do not live in a comic book world.

Anyone care to advise?

Thanks :)

your body will be devoting everything it can to the healing of that bone- i would wait for full benefit

i have a similar situation although i broke my ring toe on my right foot. currently im on a SD pulse 2nd week in. on leg days/ after running the toe obviously becomes agitated and swells up but its nothing i havnt been able to handle or had any serious change in my form, but from the feel of it my big toe is taking most of the pressure and id doubt id be able to work out legs with any considerable weight on my big toe, as in your situation. Might be healing faster, but its defiantly not instant gratification. good luck if ya plan to start up but IMO id wait it out broham

If you can't give 100% to your cycle, you should save it for later. Seriously.

If you aren't gonna listen as I expect because everyone is so eager to start cycling 24/7... go to the gym, see what exercises you CAN and CANNOT do and plan your routine around this.

Other than that, I would watch out for joints if the bone is broken near a joint. Most steroids affects joints in certain ways, some more than others, with a drying effect. I would watch out for this if a joint is broken or there is a broken bone near a joint. The steroid could dry the joint. I don't know how this would affect recovery of the broken bone if it's near it.

Cissus is proven to heal bones about 40% faster than normal. Make sure you are consuming plenty of calcuim.

Cheers people. I'm gonna have my first leg day since the crash today. After going through some un weighted movements, I think the only thing i'll be skimping on is the calf raises. I've been walking alot better since I first posted, but it is obviously still painful if I am to put any weight on the very front of my foot. Will see how this works out. Deads and squats indirectly train calves anyway right. I am stoked on this cycle in two weeks, but could wait longer - i've been cutting for what feels like forever anyway lol
