Hi all,
I have all the makings of a decent lean bulk stack. I'm gonna be running p-mag + p-stanz after I finish the last of my cutting.
Well, at least that was the plan til Sunday morning I totalled my motorbike and smashed up my foot. I have broken my big toe in two places - It makes walking a bit difficult, let alone treadmill running (my favourite cardio) I've been going to the gym to keep up with my resistance training and have been doing 20 min sessions on the rowing machine.
If I keep this up, I am sure I can still hit my target in a few weeks, at which point i'd be jacking in the cardio and upping the calories for my bulk and cycle. But something tells me my toe is gonna take more than a few weeks to return to normal. My question is: will starting my cycle while my foot is still in a bad way affect the recovery of bone and muscle? I like to think that maybe it would speed up the process, but I realise we do not live in a comic book world.
Anyone care to advise?
Thanks
