Any idea when you'll be getting more? I've have quite a few things I want and would like to only place one order.

Thanks.

Honestly, that will be a good amount of time.

Do you have a link to that R-ala that you spoke of?

It is somewhere on Invalid Link Removed.

Suposedly the K-RALA is like number three on the list of most effective forms of ALAl now.

TTA is out of stock.

I want to have bulk K-RALA and caps in soon; we'll see on that. But you guys do know there is an R-ALA from Gerenova now that is better than the K-RALA, so make what you want to of that.

Was wondering what R-ALA was that from Gerenova.

Yeah, how efficient can you get. I thought R-ALA did the job.

PEA (Phenylethylamine) or the stuff in Designer Supplement's Basic Cuts (minus cayenne, caffeine, and hordenine). Capped would be even better. It is one of the neuroransmitters released when one is in love and it has been called the endogenous amphetamine. Found in minute quantities in chocolate. Any chance of CNW offering it?

I was looking into this over a year ago...

PEA is a liquid in its natural state, and I have been told by more than one chemict that there is in fact no possible way to spray dry it or anything like that. It seriously makes me wonder how companies have it in dry, capped form. I would have to do it in a liquid cap, and the minimums for those are very, very high.

I'd hold off on the Ecdysterone and see how Scivation's product pans out. But to be honest if you had it in stock I'd buy it. Now where's that avena, lol.

How about icariin?

Asian J Androl. 2005 Dec;7(4):381-8.
Effects of icariin on erectile function and expression of nitric oxide synthase isoforms in castrated rats.

Liu WJ, Xin ZC, Xin H, Yuan YM, Tian L, Guo YL.

AIM: To investigate the effect of icariin on erectile function and the expression of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) isoforms in castrated rats. METHODS: Thirty-two adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into one sham-operated group (A) and three castrated groups (B, C and D). One week after surgery, rats were treated with normal saline (groups A and Invalid Link Removed or oral icariin (1 mg/[kg.day] for group C and 5 mg/[kg.day] for group D) for 4 weeks. One week after treatment, the erectile function of the rats was assessed by measuring intracavernosal pressure (ICP) during electrostimulation of the cavernosal nerve. The serum testosterone (ST) levels, the percent of smooth muscle (PSM) in trabecular tissue, and the expression of mRNA and proteins of neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS), inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) and phosphodiesterase V (PDE5) in corpus cavernosum (CC) were also evaluated. RESULTS: ICP, PSM, ST and the expression of nNOS, iNOS, eNOS and PDE5 were significantly decreased in group B compared with those in group A (P 0.01). However, ICP, PSM and the expression of nNOS and iNOS were increased in groups C and D compared with those in group B (P 0.05). Changes in ST and the expression of eNOS and PDE5 were not significant (P 0.05) in groups C and D compared with those in group B. CONCLUSION: Oral treatment with icariin ( 98.6 % purity) for 4 weeks potentially improves erectile function. This effect is correlated with an increase in PSM and the expression of certain NOS in the CC of castrated rats. These results suggest that icariin may have a therapeutic effect on erectile dysfunction.

matt - search for PEA HCL.

Bump for capped ecdy from RC and 100mg capped 7-OH. Could you give an estimate to how much this would cost to the consumer?

I know this has been requested before, but I was wondering if you could check into the 7OH Diacetate powder again... I know I'd buy a bunch, and I know a lot of others would too.

any word on the ecdysterone? how about methoxyisflavone as well for a new product. probably would be a good transdermal combo

The ECDY is proving a bit tougher than I expected. I will not do it unless I can get the best possible material.

Bulk Pancreatin powder.

Digestive enzymes work well, but with all the food us BB'ers eat they get expensive...

EDIT: Actually, get the bulk powder of this!

I think it would be a big hit.

Both sam-e and enzymes needs to be enteric coated so powder is a nono.

WRONG on the enzymes. PLANT based enzymes need to be coated. Read the link I posted.

Stephania tetrandra extract (cant find this anywhere!)

Stephania tetrandra
Stephania tetrandra is an herb used in China and Korea to treat various inflammatory conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, lung silicosis and hypertension.[2,3] Its main anti-inflammatory components have been found to be tetrandrine (Tet) and fangchinoline (Fang).[4] Stephania extracts concentrate these two ingredients so that their combined level represents 10 to 20 percent of the extract. A Stephania preparation has shown significant effect in reducing the neutrophil-induced inflammation in rheumatoid arthritis.[5]

Tet and Fang have been shown to suppress multiple inflammatory cytokines and mediators. Tet powerfully suppressed nuclear factor kappa Beta (NFkB) activation in human T cells (immune cells).[6]

NFkB is a multimodal inflammation factor that promotes production of powerful inflammatory cytokines including IL-1, IL-6, IL-8 and tumor necrosis factor-alpha.[7] Tet effectively reduced conjunctivitis in mice exposed to ragweed pollen, reducing inflammatory cytokines IL-1 beta and IL-5, while also reducing mast cell degranulation (source of histamine).[8]

All of these are part of the cause of allergen-triggered red, itchy, irritated eyes. Tet and Fang powerfully suppressed formation of thromboxane B2 by human platelets, reducing their tendency to form unnecessary clots.[9] Tet and Fang reduced by 90 percent the production of IL-1 and tumor necrosis factor-alpha when human monocytes (white blood cells) were activated by germs.[10]

Tet showed potent inhibitory effect on leukotriene and prostaglandin (PG) generation by human monocytes and neutrophils.[11] Tet did not directly inhibit the cyclooxygenase (COX) enzyme that makes inflammatory PGs, but rather acted like a corticosteroid to inhibit arachidonic acid release from cell membranes, thereby depriving the COX enzyme of the raw material needed to make PGs.[11]

Anti-hyperglycemic effect of fangchinoline isolated from Stephania tetrandra Radix in streptozotocin-diabetic mice.

Tsutsumi T, Kobayashi S, Liu YY, Kontani H.

Department of Pharmacology, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Hokuriku University, Kanagawa-machi, Kanazawa, Japan.

Kampo medicine, Stephania tetrandra Radix (Stephania) in Boi-ogi-to increases the blood insulin level and falls the blood glucose level in streptozotocin (STZ)-diabetic ddY mice. These actions of Stephania are potentiated by Astragalus membranaceus Bunge Radix (Astragali) in Boi-ogi-to (Liu et al., J. Traditional Med., 17, 253-260, 2000). In the present study, actions of bis-benzylisoquinoline alkaloids isolated from Stephania were investigated in the hyperglycemia of STZ-diabetic mice. A main bis-benzylisoquinoline alkaloid, fangchinoline (0.3-3 mg/kg) significantly fell the blood glucose level of the diabetic mice in a dose-dependent manner. The effect of fangchinoline was 3.9-fold greater than that of water extract of Stephania. However, another main compound, tetrandrine (1-100 mg/kg) did not have any effect. The water extract of Astragali did not affect singly but potentiated the anti-hyperglycemic action of fangchinoline (0.3 mg/kg). Out of used compounds (1 mg/kg) isolated from Stephania, fangchinoline, fangchinoline 2'-N-alpha-oxide and 2'-N-norfangchinoline, which are substituted with 7-hydroxy side chain for 7-O-methyl side chain, decreased to near 50% of high blood glucose level. In addition, tetrandrine 2'-N-beta-oxide, tetrandrine 2'-N-alpha-oxide, tetrandrine 2-N-beta-oxide, fangchinoline 2'-N-alpha-oxide, which are added to 2- or 2'-N-oxide side chain, also decreased to near 50% of the high blood glucose level. In conclusion, fangchinoline but not tetrandrine from Stephania shows the anti-hyperglycemic action in the STZ-diabetic mice. The demethylation of 7-O-position and/or addition of 2- or 2'-N-oxide side chain in bis-benzylisoquinoline compounds in Stephania have a role for the induction of the anti-hyperglycemic actions.

Tetradrine and fangchinoline are from the stephania tet is the anti inflammitory and fang is the anti-hyperglycemia, they both seem to be antioxidants, I myself am mostly interested in tetradrine though

PowerFull will be in next week.

Needle, is that the stuff in Size On?

The bulk ingredient of powerfull or the USPlabs product?

I've wanted to give powerfull a shot but the USPLabs product is just too pricey to run properly.
