Trauma, any specific ideas of the feedback you want us to log? Kind of difficult to comment on protein absorption, lol, other than taste/mixability/recovery,etc.
The strawberry lemonade is good; it's not overwhelming but has just enough flavor to mask the amino acids.

No problem. I have been taking one scoop before and one after lifting. So far I have noticed less muscle fatigue during and after my workout.
I couldn't wait and did a taste test on Friday 2 scoops of mango after workout. I could still taste the bitterness of the hydrolysate but it did make it tolerable. I have drank WPH 97% hospital grade in just water so it doesn't really bother me to have a bit of a bitter after taste. I can see myself being able to get used to this very easily.
I received the Lemon-Lime on Saturday; the taste is manageable, and it mixes well. Once I can gauge its effects, I will report back.
any reviews on this? i'd like to try it someday, but im plowing through a ten lb bag of on whey chocolate.

i really have enjoyed this stuff, lemon lime wasnt the best choice in flavor from what i have read, ill be orderring mango next time but my muscle recovery has been off the chart!

heres some good information to share....
I hear good things about the MAP you offer and i was wondering the BEST most usefull way to utilize it, being that on a cut i consume no carbohydrate PWO is 2 servings enough? too much? Usually i do Nutra pro at 45g protein or ill do 20g BCAAs (12g BCAAS, and add extra leucine and lysine). Based on what i consume post workout is peptopro superior t0 the bcaas i consume
bolded is my answer and below is PPs answer.
Id say about 40g of whey with about 5gm of BCAA is about as good as 20g of protein from our MAP.
Take the MAP immediately before the workout and during the work out (2 servings). That will boost your amino acid profile high during the workout and ensure your protein synthesis is kept high during the PO period where you can eat some more slower acting proteins to keep level maintained.
I'm seriously impressed with the recovery aspects I've gotten since integrating our MAP into my supplement regimen. The improvement alone on DOMS has exceeded what I would have thought by a landslide.
This really is a great source of pre/intra workout protein to help fortify the anabolic environment.
