My goals this summer are a littler ridiculous, but felt like pushing some boundaries. My logs don’t generate a lot of follows and if I wrote out my goals I bet I’d have got a lot of eye rolls so I’ll save my reviews for after.
Just need to decide if I need to pick anything up during this coming sale. Ornithine + carnitine gel + beta alanine though has my endurance stuff feeling great, extreme delay in muscle fatigue and the “burn”, totally shifted my limiting factors so far.
I think your logs may get more views than you think. A lot of threads on here get a lot of views that don't necessarily get a lot of activity.
I think that a lot of people that consider your goals small don't realize how far along or advanced you are in your training.
I think that many don't really think about or maybe realize that for natural athletes, once you hit a certain level, gaining 5 lbs. on a lift if like if a beginner gains 50 lbs. on it bc of just how far along a person is.
Some people get so caught up in numbers and the big numbers impress them, but I'm more impressed by someone who is so advanced making consistent and good gains and progress with something because that should translate into exponentially better gains for people that aren't as far along or regimented with their training.
I'm inconsistent bc of my autoimmune condition and also sometimes bc of depression. I do great for awhile, stop for awhile. When I start back, if I log my numbers like last fall on a big natural anabolic cycle, they're almost unbelievable - and that's awesome. But if I was as regimented as you, I'd be so much further along and so much more advanced in general that those types of % gains wouldn't be possible on anything.
Heck, I've trained on and off my whole life since I was a teenager, and I've done martial arts since elementary school, but I sincerely think I would drop dead if I even tried to do some of the endurance workouts you do
