Pramiracetam

Hello ladies and gentlemen :)

I surfed an immense amount of websites, with a hope of finding just any information on the nootrop called Pramiracetam, in particular the after effect on the brain, however it was all useless, or I was useless, not decided yet :)

So the question is, what happens to the information you "absorb" while "boosted", AFTER the drug effect expires? Is it hard to recall it from the memory, without the drug?

Thank you !

You would retain info at a similar rate, the issue with pram, and some of the other racetams, is that it enhances short term memory and focus so while you're on it you can perform much better than you normally would but the effects like memory and focus don't always carry over. That's not to say you won't remember anything you did you'll just remember the same you normally would, however if you want to improve memory supplementing with bulk Huperzine A might be a good choice for you. Pram however has it uses like prior to exams for example, personally I find it too inconsistent with effects and much more enjoy aniracetam at 1.5g. Pram should be dosed in the 200-300mg range to start.

Interesting...Thanx for that info.Good to know

As a pram user, whatever you learned on pram is learned. It will be no harder to recall than any other information. In my experiences, pram is the strongerst of the racetams when it comes to focus and drive, but it doesn't really increase thought clarity and creativity to the degree that piracetam does.

This!

I usually make a racetam with pram and pir and throw in some ALCAR and Choline BiTartrate.

Bout as good as it gets.

Sipping on some Pram right now and I would have to agree with this. As mentioned, if you're looking to remember things better, get some Hup-A. I find it ridiculously easy to remember things for tests based on factual recall when I have Hup-A in my system.

If using Piracetam alone I do:
2:1 Piracetam:Choline
1G ALCAR

If using pram with it I dial the pir back to 1.5:1 and use 300mgs of pram.

Thank you kind sir

Is there anything else I have to take with Pram? Is it necessary?

A choline source for sure, really anything should be fine but CDP-Choline is one of the better options but also pricier. I use Choline Citrate myself just cause its cheap. Try 1-2G Choline citrate with it to start or go big and get CDP Choline and start with 500mg.

A boss study stack:
400mg Pram
1.5G Ani
1G CDP Choline
100mcg Hup A

Also nice but not necessary, Sulbutiamine at 200-400mg

You would have to play around with all the doses and find what works for you, you have to be careful as well there all function differently and overdoing it could have some serious consequences. But just think of the mental gainz bro, teh gainz brah

itzDodge, thank you very much for the answer, but may I ask, why is it necessary to take something else? Cant I just take Pram? I researched a bit about Choline and it gives the same effect as Pram?

'Racetams have been shown to draw from your choline stores, making it much more effective to supplement with a choline source as well. People who do not supplement with choline have gotten minimal positive effects and more sides (headaches, foggy mind, etc.).

Sub'd for info. I was reading another thread about pram the other day from a while back that really piqued my interest. Seems finding some would be a good move.

Ratios please?

For an advanced stack:

500mg CDP Citocholine
1g ALCAR
2g Piracetam
250mg Pramiracetam
100mcg Huperzine A

Twice a day.

Or you can go with focus xt. Yes it has caffeine, but it would replace the choline and hup A. I still like to add alcar to my Focus XT though.

mr.cooper69, what i was trying to find out is, whether you feel an urgent need in noots? Addiction as such?

Lol, not at all man. I can get work done perfectly fine without them, they just add a boost. There are plenty of occasions when I'm away from home and doing work and I operate just as I always have without the nootropics.

First thought on it, not as strong as I expected. Also gives a bit of a headache as you guys said probably because of Choline source, will order Choline sometime in the week...

Dose 200mg x3/day and tell me how strong it is in 2 weeks. I've been loading mine as such with Focus XT for this week of midterms I have and I'm firing on all cylinders, including ones I didn't know I had

How long did it take to feel it? I capped up my whole lot of prami into 500mg caps. I tried eating two at a time and didnt feel anything and tried one the following day for nothing. I have like 47 left and decided my plan is to take one a day starting at the end of the month to end on my last day of finals. hopefully it will build up by then. love piracetam to death, tho :)

Well just recently discovered I had the 8x potency stuff. There's 8,15, and 30 and I was dosing 8 like you should 30. Just recently upped my intake to match and god damn. I would highly suggest a choline source as pramiracetam will definitely accelerate the use of acetylcholine stores and this might result in sluggishness or lethargy, headache, and a few other undesirable sides. CDP Choline is the best option out there for choline, dose 500mg-1g alongside your pram. Dose both 3x a day and in a week or two you'll begin to realize, damn its hit you.

word, im using SP brand, didnt even realize there was different potencies! im guessing i have 8 as well if i didnt feel it my first time like some people are getting even tho i dosed a little over a gram

That would explain it lol, same here. Gotta find a legit site that sells the stuff for quality

My capsules are 500 mg, should i split it up to 133 x3 time a day? Or better say, how would I do it with capsules ?^^

Wait for your choline, begin at 1 a day and 500mg-1g CDP choline, then up it two and so until you feel a cognitive impact. I wouldn't go over 1G right now at one time.

Is cdp choline a lot better than choline citrate?

Is cdp choline a lot better than choline citrate?

Yes, if cost is an issue however choline citrate will work just fine. Citicholine has a few extra advantages but I like look at choline as supplement to a supplement. I use citrate myself but I'm only using it to maintain acetylcholine stores. If you google "Andrew Abbate" and "nootropics" there is a lot of info on these things in a really well explained manner, less chemical jargon.

is the effect from pram cumulative?

Most anecdotal reports would say yes, however I'm not aware of any scientific truth. I feel over time it has a compounding effect on me personally as well. Racetams should be dosed daily and consistently to get their true effects.

Pram never really had a big effect on me.
Ani and Pir had minor even stacked with CDP-Choline.
Was thinking of stacking Ani/Pir/Oxi/Pram and CDP-Choline + Alcar and R'ALA just to seem what happens.

Wish I knew about noots in university.
Even though I did exceedingly well, the edge would have been nice.
Especially reading all these message boards about you guys going to class and having good results.
