Post workout carbs


Based on your goals and what other ancillaries or aids you're using, one can go completely carbless to ass tons. As the quoted states, it depends.
 
i like to ingest around 30 grams of carbs during my workout along with 20-30 g of essential amino acids. then i have a meal about an hour after i workout

i dont personally feel the need to cram more down my system. it would only make me uncomfortable

I do the same thing just about.
