sure as hell hope not. Personally I hate the idea of spawn, I on the other hand love the idea of getting tre/epi individually. With these sales, its possible to have a custom dose stack of epi/tren for about 35-40 bucks.

You know, as of right now the list of items being banned isn't that bad. There will still be some good compounds left after the ban, and i'm sure there may even be some other compounds that come out in the future that could be even better than those on the ban list.

I can see why people want to stock up due to firesales and take advantages of great pricing and compounds that may or may not be available soon - but everyone is freaking out and I'm sure this situation is similar to the ban that came in 04 as well and yet people still found other alternatives to the compounds that disappeared.

Assuming most of us shop for all our stuff at nutraplanet (i know i do) and or other online sites wouldnt credit card records prove possession/history of use thus making anyone who has record of buying those compounds fall under the reasonable cause section? Since everything is so monitored and FDA is getting rediculous i think real gear is going to be the way to go...

banning of selling doesn't mean possession is illegal. For possession to be illegal, they'd have to specifically name the compounds in a new law/act. Beyond that, they'd still need reasonable cause to get to nutraplanet's credit card data :)
 
They'd have to get court orders and I think they're going after sellers, not users.

If you bought 100 bottles, maybe it'd attract some attention.

Stock up enough to last you till they come out with something legal in the future and hold tight.

Indeed. Its kinda like this.

They can no longer sell it to you, but what you have is yours to use.

It would cost them WAAAY to much to come after users. Now thats not to say they wont get the credit card history of nutra, and see if any specific important names, law enforcement peeps, government workers, and such are on there...

I was just asking because on NP it is $80 when they have a clone by APS with 10 mgs of Epi instead of 8 mgs for $35 soo that would have been a FAIL.

That is a good blend. There area alot of Spawn clones(clones of clones, whoa) out there for half or less of the price.
 
Ya I personally don't have an interest in it or any clones of it.

I have both tren and epi. And like u said I would rather dose them individually. Might try both individually doing pulses.
 
ok..blood pressure is down now. calm. hey..iron lungz..for the sake of curiosity..why did NP make the call to stop selling ph/ps? thats gotta be bad for buisness. i would venture to say that most of sales came from gym rats buying good sups from you guys. is it all the pressure from the gov?
 
technically if NP is not selling PH/DS anymore it really wouldnt be stepping on their toes to mention someone else would it? It would be like linking a site which sells nike shoes, which is ok since NP doesn't sell it... at least thats my IMO lol

At any rate I think it is because of the governmental BS at the moment.

Yeah, but, NP has products that FAR OUT WEIGHT ph/ds, IMO. I know ph/ds are the crave of all the "boys" right now, but honestly, their health products are far more interesting to me than what any ph/ds can possibly be or will ever be. Believe me, NP can drop all ph's and probably only feel a small shock wave.

Sooner or later they will all run out , people are freaking out because there rights are being taken from them a little at a time eventually we will live in a country that calls it self the land of the free but do to political correctness and people not standing up for others rights because it doesnt effect them will be a cascading effect losing all rights over time. Land of the Free but in reality communist Totalitarian Country Bah makes me sick

how long does topical form lets say from CEL last? what about the shelf live of h-drol?

I was just looking into CEL epi on NP and apparently it's out of stock? Does anyone know if they will be restocking, or is this the end of the epis for NP?

wrong section...but i do not like the way our country is headed. they dont realize it, but the gov is actually pushing people that prefer to go the legal route to the illegal route. it is getting harder to find quality legal gear than it is to get ahold of the illegal stuff. some of us who dont have the option to go illegal are gonna be left kicking freakin rocks.

Simple: If we do not Liquidate now when the it is still legal to do, once they (FDA) drop the hammer, no one will be able to sale them. That would mean that all the stock, by law, would have to be destroyed. Also, we do not want them to breath down our necks and try to shut us down. It's really simple - sale and make money not only for us, but for the actual company who they belong to. Profit margins are very small with this sale; we needed to get rid of them so that we, or the sponsoring company did not loose a hell of a lot of money.

I'm sorry, but it would still be promoting sale for another E-Merchant. Nutra pays good money to have this little island for their marketing/sales; so technically, it would still be considered against the rules.

i thought that it is only illegal to make not sell once a company has it in there stock. And the FDA would announce if they drop the hammer and i believe you could still clear your stock. At worst if the ban never comes would you guys restock on whats still legal? Or are you going no ph at all ever now

I would think if a reasonable amount of time passes with no ban coming to fruition, they would restock. This is simply like when you get ready to dodge a punch, if it never comes, you eventually relax and go back to what you were doing.

We like to be in front of the curve-ball, and not behind.
It will be easier on us to Liquidate now, than to simply wait until the FDA tells us what to do. Stryder is a smart business person, so I trust his game plan. Hell, he is always looking out for the consumer first and foremost.

Iron dont know if this has been asked specifically but if a product currently states "out of stock" does that meen you will be getting more of thats it. Just asking because "hoping" the EFX would still be to be ordered just like how HAVOC was showing out of stock a few days ago and now its in stock???? If its showing out of stock can we still order it and wait till its back in stock or again is that the final stock. Will any product that will no longer be stocked be pulled off of the site??

hey Iron do you remember the last time this happend? can't remember if you were around but this wouldnt' be the first time stryder stopped the ph's and them companys still going strong.

As of right now, we do not plan on restocking any PH, which includes our brand (Performance Design).

Yes, I was around. At that point in time, the circumstances were different with regard to what/how/when the products in question were going to be witched-hunt by the FDA. The image that they portray now is a clear one in which their stand is firm and unwavering; their ill-guided attempt to control what we put in to out bodies is more mainstream, which puts more pressure on them to address the issue. Simply put: They have a hard-on for hormonal disruption. It's funny; however, half of the Senate that is over 55 is on some sort of TRT/HRT. But you know, they are rewarded this privilege through our willingness to place them there... so we need to really get involved in the process if we want change. It's our generation that can make the change once we our in the position of political power. We need to remember that.

Yeah, it seems we still have the td version of Tren tho..sshhh...lol. Good for PP I guess, bad for ACL. Oh well..

You know, ACL is just going to hit the labs again and restructure these compounds then they'll hire a better lawyer and reword everything and find another loop-hole regarding the "rules and regulations". Otherwise they'll tank cause everything on their website is gone as of right now except the IGF --> which is the only thing I would have from them at this point...

FDA busted them out, and what sucks is that everything the feds banned was being sold by multiple companies, not just ACL. So that explains the lack of options on other supplement stores online, because alot of PH's are gone now.
