Deleted a previous 2019-2021 "too many excuses" thread where I was not working out, just rebuilding life + career and biding my time (real life challenges) - was not able to workout from 2018-2021 much. Was proud I came back after accomplishing a lot for family + career firstly now in 2022 (so I can afford my fitness lifestyle). So here's the reboot, all that gone. Won't talk about that anymore.

Simple PED + workout logs is what you want, simple is what you get. Already working out 3-4x a week pretty hard and in middle of first cycle in years. Dedicateion / habit is reestablished, clean eating Diet in progress.

Some initial body pics next time, working on a selfie stand. Posting will 'appear' weekly or so, to not overpromise. Workout dedication is there, but career+family means posting here be periodic.. And summarize all the work-done in less posts.
Yeah I'm a dad who works out a weird hours, logs at weird times. I'm not knocking single people who can focus all day on their personal training, in fact I WISH I was 20-something again to do that myself. It's just easier, plain and simple.
But if you're gonna come here and call me a troll on my chat thread, go F*yourself stage left now. If you can handle the fact I might vent at my woes with personal time-management /depression /frustration at times, great be encouraging. If not, just leave.

- <<EDIT>> GOAL = 210lbs and <<9-10%BF>>, Currently at 197lbs and 14-15% BF. Was up to 225lbs and sloppy 11-12% in 2018 at heaviest. hit 210-215 at 9-10% before, so this should be do able in time. Slow and steady.
- STRATEGY = Currently on week 4. Rowing 15mins x 3-4 Lifting hard workouts per week.
- PED = TRT ~150mg / week + secondary anabolic. Initial bulk up with Mechabol + TRT to get strong again. Next will transition to 3-AD or Trenavar type 'cut' in a few weeks. Secondary anabolic will be at "cheap date" levels equal or less than TRT dose. Max benefits, min organ stress.
- FOOD = Rice, Pasta, Oats, Meats, Veggies, and other things.. Yeah I tend to BITCH about when my DIET slips, but it's IIFYM and I don't have time to "excel log" my food, I'm a bloody ectomorph tallish anyway, I can shed the fat (used to play basketball, run, V-ball)
- GYM = HOME GYM TONAL + BowFlex Select Tech
- Photos of body = will pose only body parts, don't have time for selfies of whole body will later. I'm more interested in atheltic/long-term aging PEDss with strength and looking good, not trying to do 225-230lbs and 9-10% BF I did in 2018 anymore.
- Renpho E-scale start stats = Attached
- Tonal workout summaries = will be posted - this thing tracks me... way better than any notebook, superior logs + coaching + pumps. I will post those.
- Blood work = next week, basically it was clear 3 and 6 months ago, so this will be a mid-cycle.
- Cardia Mobile EKG (gotta make sure I'm not fucking up the heart, for all the dads here)
- Whiting Blood pressure cuff (same deal, pair with bloodwork)
