Thanks bro! I love the nickname btw!

Okay, im not thrilled with these pictures at all...but I owe the log some pics. I weighed in at 184 this morning with clothing. 181 without clothing. I sat in the sauna until I weighed 179.5 without clothing. This weight (179) is the same weight that my last BodPod measurement was performed before I left college for the summer. I measured 8.3% bodyfat during that measurement. The results of the last bodpod measurement is somewhere in this log towards the beginnning.

The lighting in the pics is bad. This was the best I could do, though. Visually I look much leaner when I am looking at myself rather than the pictures. But, this will have to do!

I wish I didnt have such wide hips! My front on shot makes me look odd!

Thoughts, everyone?

Comparison from beginning of log: weighing 186.5lb at beginning of log ... 179.5 in updated pics

1. Im about to punch my computer. The file uploader wanted to do anything besides work properly. Holy balls.

2. I had a good training session this morning! Shoulders!

3. Low carb day...diet is planned ahead of time and lunch packed for work. I will update later tonight! My post workout meal was scrumptious! Brussel sprouts with parmesan cheese and pasta sauce, 8oz chicken breast...I could get used to that as a post workout meal! Although, I cant wait until tomorrow's high carb day to pound some cinnamon raisin bagels!

Work took much longer than anticipate. I'll update for today's training and diet tomorrow morning after my workout!

Tomorrow is a high carb day (booyah!!!) and a back training day. I'll be closing again tomorrow. That means a morning workout.

Food is prepared and diet will be on point for tomorrow, again!

Nice bro keep it up. Btw I went out and played only my second round since last July on Sunday and shot 74 I was pretty stoked!

That's a solid score bro! Congrats!

The course I'm working out runs along the pacific coast. Lots of wind! And the greens are kept around a 12-13 stimp....it's like putting on linoleum tile. I haven't played for score yet, I'm still practicing to get my game back from where it was before I took a month off.

I did shoot my career low this year, though! I fired a good ol' 69 at The Elks Country Club, a Donald Ross design in southern Ohio. I could have been a 67 or 68 pretty easily, but I 3 putted a par 5 I was on in 2 and I lipped out an easy par putt coming in. I guess there is always room for what ifs? Haha

I'm liking this diet as far as the results are concerned! For someone that likes to feel stuff happening, It's definitely "feelable" haha. My stomach absolutely rolls all day. I just stop and think to myself....yeah, that's just the fat melting away. Nbd.

Good job dropping the pounds man!
When u say stomach rolls do you mean growls?

Yeah, growling like a mother lover.

Thanks for the support bro! I feel lighter and look leaner this morning than I did yesterday, but after eating my ore workout meal from my high carb day I doubt that the gym scale would agree haha

Yeah not bad for a 5 hndcp. Of course I'm not playing on greens like you're describing. Ours are maybe an 11-12 in the middle of summer. Anyway keep chugging along with the carb cycling bro the first couple weeks suck but really after you get through the first weekend of eating solid and not wavering it gets easier. You can definitely see results week to week with this diet. Youre doing great bud keep killing it in the gym and you'll be shredded in no time.

Okay, as promised last night here is my training and diet from yesterday. Sorry for the late post, work had me staying late last night.

Yesterday was a shoulder training day and was a low carb day. Weighed in at 184.0 on the scale clothed. Left the gym 179.5 without clothes (I put my clothes on before leaving) ;)

Training:
Military Press: 115x12, 115x10, 185x8, 205x6, 225x10
Leverage Shoulder Press: 50x15, 80x15, 100x12, 120x8
Cable Rope Rear Delt Rows: 50x15 .. 5 sets
Smith Machine Upright Row: 50x8, 50x8
DB Front Raise: 25x12, 35x10, 50x6
DB Side Raise: N/A
Cardio: 200 calories stairmaster intervals, 100 calories treadmill incline walking

Training was good. Got 300 of the 500 calories that I wanted to get in. Its pretty clear that the extended dieting has my strength and endurance taking a hit, I couldnt muster through 500 calories yesterday. Gonna keep trying, though!

Diet:

1622 calories, 40g carbs, 53g fat, 244g protein

Carbs came from brussel sprouts with some pasta sauce. Protein was chicken. Fat was peanut butter. Keeping it simple, nailed the macros!

Conclusion: Doing well so far. The stressing about the diet has started to be alleviated. Im becoming visually leaner day by day and the planning is getting easier now that I am getting a bit of a routine. Just have to continue!

Today is a high carb day, back training. Morning workout because I close again tonight. Weighed in at 184 this morning clothed, visually leaner than yesterday, even. Im starting to think there might be something to this carb cycling thing!

Training:
Deadlift: 135x12, 225x10, 225x8, 315x6
Wide Grip Pullup: 10, 8
Chin Ups: 10, 10, 6,
Reverse Grip Bent Over Rows: bar x 15 ... 5 sets
Wide Grip Lat Pulldown: 100 x12,10,8
V-Bar Pulldown: 80x12, 100x10
Cardio: 200 calories stairmaster intervals, 100 calories sprints on treadmill inclined

Training went well. My knees bothered me all day yesterday while at work, so I decided to bring out the knee brace today just in case. Last thing I need is to blow my knees completely out doing deadlifts. I was able to do sprints on the treadmill without pain, likely because of the knee brace. I will continue to sprint on the treadmill as long as the knee brace allows my knees to handle it!

Diet:

Meal 1 (pre): bagel, 8oz tilapia
Meal 2 (post): 2 bagels, 50g protein isolate
Meal 3 (lunch): 20 medium brussel sprouts, 10 stalks celery, 8oz tilapia
Meal 4 (dinner/prebed): 25g casein shake

Totals: 2096 calories, 278g carb, 19g fat, 213g protein

Diet is good for today! I have everything packed up and ready to go to work, no excuses not to take the diet to work or anywhere else for that matter. Cinnamon Raisin Bagels are a favorite of mine, i've been staring them down on my shelf all week waiting for this high carb day to get here. Im also becoming quite a fan of brussel sprouts when they are steamed properly.

I bought 10lbs of 80% lean ground beef at the store the other night because it was on sale for memorial day. I cooked this in my panini maker/george foreman type thing...cooked a lot of the fat out of it and then ran boiling water over it and drained even more fat out of it. I will consider this to be 90% lean burger for the coming days....thoughts? I bought tilapia after work to have today knowing that on a high carb day I wanted to consume as little fat as possible. Didnt think that the ground beef was a good choice for today protein. But, tomorrow and the next few days I will consume a mixture of tilapia and ground beef...using the fat from the ground beef for a few days rather than my beloved peanut butter. The ground beef was more cost effective than any other form of protein at the time, normally I do not use it.

Conclusion: Good day! Im loving the high carb day today. Definitely a mental break from the fatigue of dieting, even though it is technically still a restricted calorie level and all that good stuff...it just feels like a break. Excited to look back in a few weeks and see how this is going to work! I will be starting Clen at 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, using MS and Caffeine during the "off" periods...beginning in about a week and a half (the conclusion of my AT2 bottle). Im PUMPED to do this!

Thanks bro! I certainly hope so! I've wanted to use it for so long now..but I knew that it would be best utilized once I was already as lean as I could get without using it!

Yup that's the best way to use clen , just when you REALLY need it and are lean enough...damn it just slices you up real nice! Just find your sweet spot and cruise on it haha

What's the consensus with clen and aerobic conditioning ???

Alright everyone... I'm indulging a bit tonight. First time in weeks. My body is STARVIIIIINGGGG.

Really hard day at work. Gonna have a bag of peanut m&ms and an extra protein bar....about 700 extra calories. But, it's okay. Right back in track tomorrow.

Does it.increase or decrease performance aerobically?

Last time I used it I was in incredible running shape. I remember playing full court basketball a few days before I started the clen and running the court the entire time. I usually run circles around people because I stay in good shape. However, I can also remember that after I took clen and was in the 80mcg and up dosages that I could barely play basketball. Just simply sucked all the air out of me and made it very hard to breathe.

IME it hurts aerobic capacity. But I guess it could help someone who had a poor aerobic capacity to begin with?

Couple things to note for today!

Today is usually a moderate carb day, arm training. However, I will follow a low carb day and continue the arm training. This will help me to burn off my candy binge last night. It wasn't a huge amount of extra calories and for the most part they weren't even bad calories (besides the M&M's) but I would like to burn some extra today to get back on track.

Also, I will be training "fasted" this morning rather than having a preworkout meal as usual. Just going to have 3 meals instead of 4 today. This is because I don't feel truly fasted this morning when I woke up, because my little binge happened last night at around 10:30. Training fasted this morning should help me work off anything extra I had last night for energy during my workout.

Visually I don't appear bloated or watery, but I feel heavy. So, we will see how the scale responds this morning.

A note on the diet for today and for the next several low carb days....Since I purchased 10lbs of ground beef I will be making sure not to waste any of it. Lesson learned, I won't Buy it again because of the fat content. However, I'm not going to waste what I have. I will adjust my macros to allow for more fat and less protein on low carb days so that I can use the ground beef. Besides, I don't really need 240g of protein and an increase in fats still allows the calorie levels to be the same while keeping carbs low. Just a small adjustment that I will make during the next few days to a week...gotta learn to make adjustments on the fly, right?

What are everyone's thoughts on this? I feel like a failure having listed like 5 negative things here haha

I'm feeling much better about my ground beef now that I've eaten some. I could tell my the look and taste of the beef that it was lean. All of my efforts to trim off some of the fat have been proven effective!

Still doing good work in here. Keep it up man!

I ordered some Ketotifen a little bit ago. I'm gonna try and use my clen for longer than 2weeks on and 2 weeks off. As long as the keto will allow!

I will be doing this instead of the 2on 2 off with MS and Caffeine during the off. Just gonna run it straight!

I can't decide how to use the clen and keto together. Seems to be so many conflicting ideas when you research. I sent Coop a PM asking for his advice personally...still waiting to see what he thinks.

Some say just to use it every 3rd week. I feel like that wouldn't be enough up regulating?

I thought about 2 weeks on and 1 week off where the off week would have keto being used.

I could use keto throughout the entire cycle as well?

So many options.... Can't make up my mind.

Thoughts, everyone? Celorza, you seem to have at least a good bit of Clen knowledge...interested to see what you think?

Hm my advice would be NOT to take it along with clen , as it would not do much good along with it , it would be kinda to "expand" the time you use it or be able to go on higher doses with less sides on the 2 weeks on , yet Coop might have an intake on this , meanwhile you could look into this:

I would say take it easy on the clen and don't go overboard or try to extend it or go as high as Pyro with his dosages along with the keto , it is kinda risky...And idk about you but I rather play it safe , hope it helps bud.

In for the rest, and some catch up reading... better late than never..

Glad to have ya bro. Good luck reading all of this...haha!

We're almost at 5000 views on my first ever log. Im not sure how many views a normal log gets...but I think 5000 is a good number considering I have several weeks left? Thats pretty awesome!

Thanks for the kind words!

So, I just found out that I will have the next 4 days off of work. And with tomorrow being the beginning of the week...it's a perfect time to start clen!

I'm PUMPED to start this clen. I think it's really gonna speed up the progress I've made and make the stubborn fat easier to come off. I already train and diet hard, but sometimes ya gotta have some help!

I don't like starting things in the middle of the week, it makes it more difficult to track the beginning and ends of stuff. So, I will start clen Sunday!

Alpha T2: I ended up loving this. It'll be a staple in my cutting retiming from here forward. I prefer stimulant based fat burners, though. For this reason I will likely continue to stack AT2 with something like MS and caffeine for an extra kick. Great product that I would recommend!

AnaBeta Elite: much stronger than the OG AnaBeta, IME. Dosing at 5 caps per day proved to be more effective than 4, IME. I noticed maintenance of strength through long periods of calorie deficiency and was able to maintain a hard physique with good pumps despite low calories. Great product to assist in muscle retention during cutting. I haven't used it for IBM gains yet, so no comments in that area. I ran AE for 7.5 weeks. I would recommend using it for 8 weeks to see maximum results from the product. Or, I would use 5 caps per day for as long as the bottle would last. As mentioned earlier, 5 caps per day seemed to be my sweet spot. I think the effects would have been more amplified if I could have figured this out earlier!

I will begin Clen at 60mg tomorrow. Stop in and check out my dosing schedule after Sunday, gotta play it by feel with clen. No use in planning too far ahead.

IME last time using clen, I ran the dosages up too quickly. I will likely go slower this time around to avoid the hardcore shaking that I had last time.

Clen will be used with oral Ketotifen to extend the cycle. Cycle should look something like this:

Week 1: Clen
Week 2: Clen
Week 3: Clen/Keto
Week 4: Clen/Keto
Week 5: Clen/Keto
Week 6: Clen/Keto

I don't feel comfortable using the Ketotifen on every 3rd week alone. I am very stim tolerant how it is and do not want to risk losing the effectiveness of my Clen. I have a 60ml bottle of Ketotifen @2MG/ML. This should be enough for me to use 3mg of Ketotifen every night beginning at the 3rd week.

I have 300 .2mg tabs of Clen that I purchased about 6 months ago. It was strong enough to make me shaky in the hands, very shaky actually. So, I think it is legit stuff. I will hope that Ketotifen allows me to use the clen at a lower dosage than the last time I ran clen, in which I used up to 180mcg per day. I will by no means exceed that dosage for safety reasons.

In theory I should be able to start clen at 60mcg tomorrow and then slowly increase the dosage to 140 as I feel comfortable. If I could maintain the dosage of 140 throughout the cycle this would allow me to extend the clen that I currently have and prevent me from having to buy more (which I will do if necessary).

Again, only in theory (not the nature of clen to plan dosages ahead of time):

Week 1: 60,80,80,80,100,100,100....30 tabs
Week 2: 120, 120, 120, 140, 140, 140, 140... 46 tabs
Week 3-6: 140....196 tabs

Total: 272 tabs

This is considering that I won't be increasing the dosage past 140mcg....if it becomes necessary to do so then it is likely that I will purchase more clen to enable the cycle to last the full 6 weeks. If I increase the dosage to 160 or 180 for some reason and will be able to run the cycle for at least 5 weeks...I won't purchase more clen to extend the cycle to 6 weeks...I'll just live with a shorter cycle *fingers crossed*

It is worth mentioning: in some miracle instance that I reach my desired goals by week 4 (just for sake of conversation) ....then I will conclude the usage of clen. I have a ton of respect for clen, it is very strong. I don't want to be using it just to say I used it for 6 weeks. I'm using this only because my bodyfat levels have already become very low and it is extremely hard for me to continue to lose weight without the assistance of a stronger supplement.

After 6 weeks of clen.... Erase Pro and DAA ... Which at the conclusion of EP and DAA will conclude my first ever log! I will be using the EP and DAA in an effort to regain any strength that I will have lost during this lengthy cut. Maybe even will consider increasing the calories to maintenance and seeing about adding some muscle if I can do it while maintaining a lean physique!

I know this was a long post....thoughts everyone? Who is as excited as I am for CLEN!!!!!?!??!!

Curious to see how clen treats you.

Im pumped dude. I lost 8lbs last time I did it. I wasnt as lean as I am now, though. Also wasnt dieting as hard as I am now. If I can drop 6-8lbs with it i'll be really close to my goals I believe.

Update on the Clen cycle....

I will also be using Alpha-T2 throughout the entirety of my Clen usage. I just realized that I have enough in my current stash to go ahead and do this!

Thought process: Alot of people use Clen with T3 thyroid hormone to maximize fat loss. AT2 should be able to hit the T3 thyroid, although not as strongly as Cytomel T3 (the kind usually ran with Clen). This should add a bit of an edge...receptor tolerance shouldnt be an issue since I am using Ketotifen!

Sadly, I will not use Methyl-Synephrine and Caffeine tabs during the Clen cycle. That would probably be too much. I will continue to take my pre-workout drink and consume as much coffee as I please (usually 3 cups per day, roughly). This is usually something that is advised against due to blood pressure and over stimmed effect, but as mentioned earlier I am very stim tolerant and dont expect to have any issues. Worst case scenario if I have any blood pressure issues, i'll drop the pre-workouts for a while. I could use a break, anyways!

Come to think about it...my body could use a good 4 week break from supplements for a while. I dont think i've ever taken a break since I started using supps 2.5-3 years ago. Maybe thats why I am so stimulant tolerant? haha

Okay...now who is excited?!
