bean5er said:Nice bro keep it up. Btw I went out and played only my second round since last July on Sunday and shot 74 I was pretty stoked!

When u say stomach rolls do you mean growls?
Natestreo said:Yeah, growling like a mother lover.
Thanks for the support bro! I feel lighter and look leaner this morning than I did yesterday, but after eating my ore workout meal from my high carb day I doubt that the gym scale would agree haha
AaronJP1 said:Keep @ it your goals will get achieved.
Natestreo said:Thanks bro.
How is your log going? I haven't made it over to check up yet!
Natestreo said:That's a solid score bro! Congrats!
The course I'm working out runs along the pacific coast. Lots of wind! And the greens are kept around a 12-13 stimp....it's like putting on linoleum tile. I haven't played for score yet, I'm still practicing to get my game back from where it was before I took a month off.
I did shoot my career low this year, though! I fired a good ol' 69 at The Elks Country Club, a Donald Ross design in southern Ohio. I could have been a 67 or 68 pretty easily, but I 3 putted a par 5 I was on in 2 and I lipped out an easy par putt coming in. I guess there is always room for what ifs? Haha
I'm liking this diet as far as the results are concerned! For someone that likes to feel stuff happening, It's definitely "feelable" haha. My stomach absolutely rolls all day. I just stop and think to myself....yeah, that's just the fat melting away. Nbd.
bean5er said:Yeah not bad for a 5 hndcp. Of course I'm not playing on greens like you're describing. Ours are maybe an 11-12 in the middle of summer. Anyway keep chugging along with the carb cycling bro the first couple weeks suck but really after you get through the first weekend of eating solid and not wavering it gets easier. You can definitely see results week to week with this diet. Youre doing great bud keep killing it in the gym and you'll be shredded in no time.
Today is a high carb day, back training. Morning workout because I close again tonight. Weighed in at 184 this morning clothed, visually leaner than yesterday, even. Im starting to think there might be something to this carb cycling thing!
Training:
Deadlift: 135x12, 225x10, 225x8, 315x6
Wide Grip Pullup: 10, 8
Chin Ups: 10, 10, 6,
Reverse Grip Bent Over Rows: bar x 15 ... 5 sets
Wide Grip Lat Pulldown: 100 x12,10,8
V-Bar Pulldown: 80x12, 100x10
Cardio: 200 calories stairmaster intervals, 100 calories sprints on treadmill inclined
Training went well. My knees bothered me all day yesterday while at work, so I decided to bring out the knee brace today just in case. Last thing I need is to blow my knees completely out doing deadlifts. I was able to do sprints on the treadmill without pain, likely because of the knee brace. I will continue to sprint on the treadmill as long as the knee brace allows my knees to handle it!
Diet:
Meal 1 (pre): bagel, 8oz tilapia
Meal 2 (post): 2 bagels, 50g protein isolate
Meal 3 (lunch): 20 medium brussel sprouts, 10 stalks celery, 8oz tilapia
Meal 4 (dinner/prebed): 25g casein shake
Totals: 2096 calories, 278g carb, 19g fat, 213g protein
Diet is good for today! I have everything packed up and ready to go to work, no excuses not to take the diet to work or anywhere else for that matter. Cinnamon Raisin Bagels are a favorite of mine, i've been staring them down on my shelf all week waiting for this high carb day to get here. Im also becoming quite a fan of brussel sprouts when they are steamed properly.
I bought 10lbs of 80% lean ground beef at the store the other night because it was on sale for memorial day. I cooked this in my panini maker/george foreman type thing...cooked a lot of the fat out of it and then ran boiling water over it and drained even more fat out of it. I will consider this to be 90% lean burger for the coming days....thoughts? I bought tilapia after work to have today knowing that on a high carb day I wanted to consume as little fat as possible. Didnt think that the ground beef was a good choice for today protein. But, tomorrow and the next few days I will consume a mixture of tilapia and ground beef...using the fat from the ground beef for a few days rather than my beloved peanut butter. The ground beef was more cost effective than any other form of protein at the time, normally I do not use it.
Conclusion: Good day! Im loving the high carb day today. Definitely a mental break from the fatigue of dieting, even though it is technically still a restricted calorie level and all that good stuff...it just feels like a break. Excited to look back in a few weeks and see how this is going to work! I will be starting Clen at 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, using MS and Caffeine during the "off" periods...beginning in about a week and a half (the conclusion of my AT2 bottle). Im PUMPED to do this!
Doing good bro! Keep it up , seems like carb cycling is treating you good, and damn....good luck on the clen bro , its gonna turn you into a shredded beast! haha
Thanks bro! I certainly hope so! I've wanted to use it for so long now..but I knew that it would be best utilized once I was already as lean as I could get without using it!
Celorza said:Yup that's the best way to use clen , just when you REALLY need it and are lean enough...damn it just slices you up real nice! Just find your sweet spot and cruise on it haha
runner_79 said:What's the consensus with clen and aerobic conditioning ???
Natestreo said:Whatya mean?
runner_79 said:Does it.increase or decrease performance aerobically?
Natestreo said:I'm feeling much better about my ground beef now that I've eaten some. I could tell my the look and taste of the beef that it was lean. All of my efforts to trim off some of the fat have been proven effective!
runner_79 said:True.about clen bro!!!
Spice that beef up and have taco-less Mexican food![]()

I can't decide how to use the clen and keto together. Seems to be so many conflicting ideas when you research. I sent Coop a PM asking for his advice personally...still waiting to see what he thinks.
Some say just to use it every 3rd week. I feel like that wouldn't be enough up regulating?
I thought about 2 weeks on and 1 week off where the off week would have keto being used.
I could use keto throughout the entire cycle as well?
So many options.... Can't make up my mind.
Thoughts, everyone? Celorza, you seem to have at least a good bit of Clen knowledge...interested to see what you think?

In for the rest, and some catch up reading... better late than never..
Glad to have ya bro. Good luck reading all of this...haha!
We're almost at 5000 views on my first ever log. Im not sure how many views a normal log gets...but I think 5000 is a good number considering I have several weeks left? Thats pretty awesome!

Curious to see how clen treats you.
