Just so everyone knows...I will be starting a sponsored log tomorrow for AMS Joint Fixx. I was one of the lucky few chosen to log this product. I think many of you have seen where I had to halt cardio or couldnt do a particular leg training exercise because of my knees. Im hoping that this product can do more for me than Chondroitin/MSM.

I'd invite everyone to follow along in that log!

That's a tricky one. Personally, I had good experiences with both AE and AT2. The AT2 is designed for cutting where as the AE is designed for LBM. I used the AE during a cut to aid in muscle retention, not necessarily because it was going to help fat loss a lot. Although, forskolin can have positive effects on body composition in regards to fat loss it is not its primary function.

With that being said, you'll have great results with whatever you choose. I would pick the AT2 and the Erase Pro to run together for a cut. If you get to a real low body fat percentage and want to add AE to help retain muscle mass while cutting, do it! Otherwise, stick with the AT2 and EP and see how it works for ya!

Add in aav2 to stack synergistically with alpha t2 and erase pro.
