PES Strength Contest

Yeah, no problem boss- i was actually unhappy with that vid and was gonna redo it regardless. My buddy at the gym lent me his dip belt so I can give it another go.
daft205- that is very strong, well done.


In the interest of keeping perfect technique now the competition is in it's final stages can you redo this without springing with your feet on the first rep?

Do hope judges also look at angle of shoot cuz its kinda hard to tell if some on gets chin the bar, when its shot from behind

talking about a good height on camara, makeing the angle just right! some one said chin to the bar, if i understand right that means your head must go over the bar? Well i do sweat quite alot when i train, nice with a tank-top but that also gives a nice view so that we are able to see a full lock out

kinda bad that i am alittle bulkt up now, would have been easier with the weight off the waist :D

these where taken last in my workout, best attempt was 34 so theres a long way to the top if i wanna rocknroll
but ill give it a try nevertheless

Holy hell, did you cover your camera lens in ky jelly? That quality is awful lol.

Strong pull ups though. Kicking at the end of the third rep to get it up- it is going up. If anyone has the same ratios at the end for bodyweight to weight lifted then the best technique will win.
 
Yea I don't know what happened with my camera on that one, maybe since the light was coming in behind the camera??? I was trying my best not to kick, just had to make sure my chin was clearly over the bar.

Well you posted a video after I said you have no right to judge I stand corrected. Nice deep pull ups man. Dips not bad either. Now its my turn to put up. Will have my vid up by this week.

50 reps is very strong, great work. The pace you were going at was very fast. I thought you may have gone for a pause at the top to get a few extra.

Dips grip is harder to standardise because it depends on machine more than pull ups do (as you can usually use more than one grip on the equipment). Do what is available, if the equipment gives you a clear advantage I will say so.

Well I had planned to stop and rest for a second, but my arms were completely shot. My muscles tend to go from feeling fine to feeling complete failure in the course of one rep, I've always been weird like that

Today or tomorrow I am going to be doing 'dem 185 x 5 dips.
 
Got 28 reps on bw pull ups, will upload the video soon, and 35 dips (I used to get at least 40 a few month ago...) so video useless.

Well I only expecting to get 20. So I was really excited, and decided I had to post it.

I think I am going to try to get a video tonight for a shirt... it is going to be a sad attempt at bodyweight pull ups.

Haha it was my varificaion that it was in fact me. Plus the fact it was on my youtube channel along with my multiple deadlift videos haha. Plus this shirt was used as a background for as a display for one of my cycles.
