Hopefully it won't have much caffeine, some of the better pre workouts seem to be getting away from loading you down with the stuff.

Everything has so much caffeine in them, it's hard to stack!

I'm not officially a rep with Omega at this time. I used to be. I've had some preliminary conversations with Matt about coming back but nothing is finalized. So to answer your question I have no idea. LOL
