PES High Volume

Realistically, if High Volume doesn't give you a pump, I don't think anything on the market will lol.

What is your body fat percentage at?
 
I dont know if like every other product it just doesn't seem to affect me, but I get zero pump from High Volume :(. I've tried one scoop, two scoops, empty stomach, with food, nothing has given me a pump.

Heamavol didnt give me a pump either, nor did permaswole. Am I just a non responder to nitrates?

WHEN taking creatine and/or glycerol I train fasted and drink at least .5 gallo pre workout, plus .5 gallon during workout and it makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE.

It's a shame but what you said is true. The nice thing about High Volume, however, is that you don't have to feel it for it to be working. It is chalk loaded with proven ergogenic aids that will improve your workouts regardless of whether you feel the pump or not!
 
I drink my BCAAs+SAAs during workout, so I definitely get my water intake :(. I also take the high volume with about 600ml of water

how many grams of carbs are you on, and do you get much sodium in your diet? also sleep/stress can play a big role in it.

Can't lie two scoops did me good and after a pancake party the morning of! If you keep a decent tempo the pump is undeniable IMO
 
Yeah , I haven't ever really experienced a pump. Probably 15-17%

what on earth do you mean you have never really experienced a pump? you know what a pump is don't you? dont expect your muscles to double it size, its your muscle filling up with blood (aka pumped).

You do not need a pre-workout or nitrates etc in order to get a pump, just lifting weights will give you a pump, even just warming up with light weights should be able to give you a moderate pump.

honestly it just sounds like your expectations are to high, could be the fact you get the exact same pump from no preworkouts as you do using a preworkout, this doesn't mean you don't have a pump though.
 
full range of motion is what gives me pumps although a pre with nitrates does help accentuate the pump and feeling.
 
Drank a boat load of water yesterday, had carbs for breakfast and lunch, still no pump, oh well, i shall finish the remainder of the tub anyway, im sure its providing benefit to my workout even if i dont feel it :)
 
The solution is doing my training now, and I can atest, that long negatives and pauses do cause tremendous pumps

Absolutely love partials to finish off a long set and maximize the pump especially for shoulders.
 
I ordered my HV from TGB supps yesterday. Hope to get it by next week and I'll keep the results posted. I am currently taking 2 caps of amentomax. I will lower that to 1 cap when taking HV.

Lots of High Volume for the gym and then lots of carbs followed after the gym.

Volunteer from 6-3 today, come home and finish dinner, and then eat and get ready to work 10 hours friday, 10 hours saturday and 12 hours sunday.
not to mention a concert friday night
Busy Busy....
now i just need to make sure i smash some high volume workout before the anabolic turkey gains.
 
Got a new PES shaker yesterday. :D

Happy thanksgiving for everyone...in4 dosing high volume prior to thanksgiving meal to get extra endurance for all the fork lifting. ;)
