Realistically, if High Volume doesn't give you a pump, I don't think anything on the market will lol. What is your body fat percentage at?
I dont know if like every other product it just doesn't seem to affect me, but I get zero pump from High Volume. I've tried one scoop, two scoops, empty stomach, with food, nothing has given me a pump.
Heamavol didnt give me a pump either, nor did permaswole. Am I just a non responder to nitrates?

Are you constantly training with high volume and low carbs? Cutting for a while? Glycogen depleted?

I drink my BCAAs+SAAs during workout, so I definitely get my water intake. I also take the high volume with about 600ml of water

5 second negatives and 3-4 second pauses along with partials or rest pause sets = Pump city.
The solution is doing my training now, and I can atest, that long negatives and pauses do cause tremendous pumps

I workout pretty intense, everything is 3 sets of 10 reps, heavy weight.
Diet is fine, I hit all my macros
I ordered my HV from TGB supps yesterday. Hope to get it by next week and I'll keep the results posted. I am currently taking 2 caps of amentomax. I will lower that to 1 cap when taking HV.
Got that out to you today my man with some extra goodies its a sick combo if you use them together. You should definitely have it early next week.
