Thanks for the feedback and support :).

Adding a caffeine tab would be great if you want stims. You could add that or Target-A2 or even Alphamine or Norcodrene as well. There are numerous options.

And you would be fine adding the Agmatine in the morning.

I'm slacking. I've been stim-free since the arrival of High Volume. Those combos are all on my list to try though.

I used an Amentoflavone supplement paired with 1 scoop of HV and it was amazing. I felt like I could lift everything and the pump was insane.

No problem! What is a good caffeine tab to look into, all the same really? And awesome, I will start the Agmatine in the morning tomorrow!

Looking forward to stocking up on more and trying the Blue Frost flavor as well!

Definitely notice a difference in the two pics!
 
Blue Frost + Blue Raz C4 = Legit Combo
Pineapple Cooler + Cherry Limeaid Core Fury = Ridiculous pump/energy combo
Blue Frost + Blue Raz m5 Reloaded = sick combo due to the extra HBCD and Creatine Nitrates + betaine
I bet Cooler + Katana would be ridiculous.
WFR would be a good stacking agent too. or a lower dose stim like Stimino with the leucine as well for some extra BCAA

Orange Pop Frenzy + Paradise Cooler = tastes awesome. like a super sweet fanta.
1 Scoop Mango Alphamine + Blue Frost + 1 Scoop Fruit Punch US Alphamine = coolest tasting drink ever had. amazing energy.
Gaspari Watermelon LCLT+ Paradise Cooler + Pineapple Whitelighting = sweet tropical hit, wicked combo.
 
1 scoop mango splash amino iv and 1 scoop blue frost HV

I got some Pre-RX from Proccor coming in to try and also Hypermax from performax labs

Ive got some Pre-RX as well. I ran out of HtperMax last month, it was great without the HV, i bet with the HV it would be out of this world

I think you can still buy it just won't ship right away. They usually put that up because they don't have it in stock yet but it's on the way.

Shoulders/Arms for me today as well
added in a giant set of shoulders to finish them off like this

Triple Dropset of Rear Delt Flies 3 sets of 15 (70 x 15 --> 55 x 15 --> 40 x 15)

right into DB laterals with 3 second conentrics and 3 second negatives i did the 10's for 8 reps, then 15's for 8 reps, then 20's for 8 reps (with no tempo)
My shoulders were about crushed here, then i did a dropset to 15's again and back down to 10's with the 3 second negatives and concentrics

then moved to the DB Shoulder Press Hammer Strength machine and did a triple dropset with sets of 15

Then to put the icing on the cake Cable Front Raises with constant tension for a set of 20

Smoked.

received some nice tricep cramps last night sleeping.......thanks high volume !! only one scoop too.
 
This is gonna sound boring, but what else I can say…Well…HV is the real deal!! Did upper body heavy-lower workout and got a very nice pump!! No increase in vascularity, but that could be because I did low-reps…

This is my second week of my hdrol pct…have been taking follidrone, new abe, 1.5g xgels, creatine, glycergrow 3 scoops…today just took THE SAME supps but only 1 scoop glycergrow and 2 scoops HV …and damn!! better pumps than before and even better than on hdrol cycle..

will update this =D …obviously I was assisted with the other supps…xgels, 1 scoop of glycergrow, ABE, creatine, follidrone…but for sure it made the difference….on monday ARMS wit high reps workout…lets see..

Just did 2 scoops paradise cooler and 1 scoop iforce tangerine compete for a non stim pre workout.. Taste was epic!

I have yet to try that flavor monster. Fairly new? It does seem it would go well. I just can't break myself from mixing PC with CL Alphamine.

Pumps were amazing. 10 out of 10. Energy was up..I didn't use stims that day because I felt wired from a huge cheat meal I had before.

High volume is a great pump supp. Pes is really one of the best company's out there
