I take every morning, after breakfast, 5gr.
More than 1 year let:)
is the saturation of creatine into the muscle that matters, not the timing.

If you do not want to take in the morning, the Council post work.

Like others said, any time of the day. Using it in a preworkout IMO is pointless because its dirt cheap and it takes away room you could use for other ingredients in a formula.

Some interesting guesses here. Not too much longer before we see how close you are :)
 
How long can you run this? Most say to run ArA for 50 days or 50 workouts at 1-1.5 or 2 grams. Considering that 250 mg of ArA is the equivalent of taking one X-Gel or XFA, how long could you run this? More than 50 days? Is 250 mg of ArA enough to make a difference when most of us are running it at 1 gram and 1.5 grams? This product has been sitting in my cart... Looks like a very interesting profile...

Bro that profile is amazing, it's funny when I see the actual profile I don't think it will quite live up to this.

You should have formulated it!
 
Max has an amazing talent of formulating incredible products which would be well over the peak of cost:benefit ratio lol.

You should have seen his proposed profile for a stimulant based pre workout. It would have cost several times the price of anything else on the market lol.

Any idea when this will be hitting nutraplanet ben, im itching to try ArA but may as well buy this instead.

I feel the more you guys say it the sooner it comes, but you been saying it for a week or 2.....sad panda. On the upside I tend to buy less when an insider is coming so the wife is happy.

Trust me you don't need to do that, im already sold on the stuff.

We never know an exact date. It depends on manufacturer turn around which can be very unpredictable.

It should be this month. :)

Amento would be a great addition in my opinion as well. If not in high volume it would be a no brainer for our stim pre-workout coming soon.
