PES "Get Up and Go Stack" (Alpha T2 and OEP) Review/Log

Day 16: Took a day off from posting, since I wasn't in the mood after finding out Peter Steele passed away. Still hit the gym though and instead of a random mix of songs it was all Type O.

Anyway, enough on that. Everything continues to move along really well. 6 more weeks left pretty much and I'm feeling really good about the stack and my diet and training. One thing to note, that based on everyone elses results makes me think it's clearly diet related. I've noticed a bit of shedding in my hair. It's fairly long, supple and Fabio-esque, which makes any type of shedding pretty obvious. lol I'm taking a decent enough multi both in the morning and in the evening, but since that may not be enough to counter my really restricted diet, I ordered some TOCO-8 from Primordial. Maybe due to my size I should up the vitamins a bit more too? Any suggestions on that front are welcome. I've got more than enough hair, so some extra shedding isn't really a problem, but I'd prefer to stop it, before I get a complex. lol

Oh and I had a few days where I wasn't feeling quite as strong as I had been, but since I've been trying to make sure I fit in all my meals, today in particular I felt strong again and am once again pleasantly surprised that any strength gains at all are possible while cutting.

Day 17: Nothing too new or exciting to report, I just keep plugging away at the gym and then come home and eat. We'll see what the scale says tomorrow, but I'm definitely noticing a difference in the way things fit.
 
Day 19: Weighed in yesterday 261.6 Scale keeps going in the right direction, so that's good. My neck's been killing me since grappling on Saturday. I'm hoping it loosens up a bit more by this afternoon's lifting session, because it sucks not being able to turn your head all the way to the left. Almost 3 weeks into this stack and I feel very good on it, but seem to be sweating a bit less, so like a few others taking it, I'm going to bump up the AT2 to 2 in the morning, for a total of 3 per day for the next few weeks and then taper it back down at about the 6 week mark.

Ive gone to 2 am and 2 pm and loving it so far... only been a few days so hard to tell the effects on composition

alryt. sounds good. just report us any changes that u felt since uppin up the dosage like increase strength or something... etc. will be waitin on the report. will be doin my 2 am/ 1pm dosage in couple days as well.
 
Ok, so it's day 21 and I'm feeling good in general. My strength though isn't going up anymore, and I'm 100% sure it's because I'm doing a lot of cardio and not having many carbs. Considering all that, I'm having zero trouble getting through my cardio. On 2 AT2 in the morning I'm not bouncing off the walls, etc, but it does help me to wake up in the morning and I definitely haven't noticed any type of negative side from 2 and I'm back to sweating like crazy again. I just finished cardio and my tshirt and sweatshirt felt like they weighed 10lbs when I took them off. I grappled some yesterday (which to me is the king of cardio workouts) and not only were my t-shirt and rashguard soaked, but my shorts were too.
The only negative thing currently is my neck is really killing me and I definitely noticed it this morning during my shoulder workout. It's an old injury and normally it's not a problem, but I think my old mattress and jiu jitsu, when I haven't done anything physically strenous for over a year are aggravating it. I'm going to have my neck and shoulder massaged today and if that doesn't do the trick, I'll see a chiropractor to try and improve it. I never used to get injured, but since I got into my 30s I'm just falling apart. lol Still, with all that I feel way better than when I started and I'm fairly certain I'm looking better. That's it from me.

Was just going to recommend seeing a chiropractor if it didnt go away. Ive strained neck muscles before and not been able to full rotate, but nothing like when I threw one of my cervical vertebrae out when I was like 15 or 16 (water polo or swimming related i think). I could barley move my neck. Once he set it back, it felt almost as good as an orgasm. Hope everything continues to move right along for you. GL brother.
 
hang in there big man, you have really made great progress. i feel you on the 30's thing-just wait till you hit 50's like me, lol.

Day 26: Well I didn't end up getting online yesterday. Somehow I managed to weigh in at exactly the same weight as last week, 261.6. Definitely could have been worse, and that was after a night of pizza and a few days of being forced to take it easy due to my neck. I saw the chiropractor this morning and i'm feeling a bit stiff, but it's definitely not sore. I'll take it easy at the gym tonight and do my best to lay flat and hopefully tomorrow I'll wake up without much pain. Technically Thursday is 4 weeks since starting this stack, so I'm going to try and get some pics either Thurs or Friday and gauge my progress after a month and half way into the AT2 and OEP. Still a long ways to go in terms of getting into the shape I want to be in, but at this point I really couldn't be more pleased with this stack.

i agree with the cheat meal. 4 krispy kremes on sundays after tennis.
 
Day 27: Did an hour of cardio and no weights, since one of the trainers at the gym wants me to try a HIT session today and I have no clue what to expect or how tough it's going to be. I was only half paying attention to him as he was talking to me while doing cardio last friday and after he left I was like "Did I just commit to some personal training?" Oh well, should be interesting, but for me the gym is fun and I enjoy listening to music and pretty much ignoring everyone around me. Not to mention, with my diet being very low carb, I'm not sure that I'll have the energy to make it through this workout. lol It's just one day, and the change of pace can't really hurt, but I'm just not looking forward to it at all. Add to that I'll be working out to Miley Cyrus and whatever other garbage they play on the stereo at Bally's instead of Five Finger Death Punch, Nonpoint, Godsmack, etc and I really just want to go and get it over with so I can get back to doing my own thing.

Aside from that bit of whining, bigt and Flawed seem to really be pleased with 2 AT2 morning and 2 later in the day, so today I'm adding in a second one to my afternoon dose. Ok, time to start getting ready for the gym.

cheat meal is ok once in a while. had giant burrito fom chipotle ysterday. yum :) let us know how 4caps at-2 is treatin u. 3caps is sweetspot for me.

I mean so cold my girlfriend bitches even if I try and stuff them under her leg when she's in sweats while watching tv. lol Chilly hands or not, doesn't seem to stop my body from sweating a ton when I workout though, but it just seems strange since the first couple weeks my core temperature seemed to be elevated.

Holy ****... youre right! This girl ive been hanging with... i was telling her she was gonna love me cause my body is always warm cause she is always cold and then went it came down to cuddling time in the last week my hands and feet were oddly cold... must be a side!

yeah I went back to 2/1 for now just cause i wanna get the most out of this bottle... if i went 2/2 it would only last 22.5 days so ill go at this a week or 2 and then switch to 2/2 again. If I do 2 weeks of 2/1 and 2 weeks of 2/2 it will last 26 days which is almost 4 weeks so i think thats a good way to go for me unless i see pretty good results still at 2/3
 
Day 30: Well, I don't usually like to hop on the scale before my weigh in on Sunday, but I made an exception this morning. Weight = 255.0lbs.

That's down about 25lbs from where I was just 30 days ago.

With such a significant weight loss in such a short period normally I'd expect to feel fairly weak, but on the contrary I feel stronger than I did 1 month ago. Much of that has to do with just getting back to training, but the AT2 and OEP made a relatively tough diet not that hard to follow and stick to. I'll get some pics at some point today, to compare to where I was in the first pic. I may even swallow my pride and post a day 1 pic of me not holding everything in as tight as I could. lol

More later when I've gotten some pics.
 
This isn't really relevant to the stack, but I had some free time and was bored. This month I tried Jack3d for the first time and also Muscle Marinade. I think Muscle Marinade is definitely a good product, but man I just couldn't stand the taste of the fruit punch and while the grape was ok, both just had too much coloring for my taste, so I went back to Jack3d as I really just like how both flavors taste (especially lemon lime) and like that there is no coloring added and for whatever reason it seems to just work better for me. This stack makes me sweat like crazy, but with 3 scoops of Jack3d on top of 2 AT2 and 1 OEP, when I do my cardio I not only soak the t-shirt I wear but the sweatshirt I've got over top of it. So since USP makes OEP I just thought I'd give them some love for 2 really good products.

Well, my girlfriend managed to break her tailbone so I've been having to baby her. lol So I'm just now getting on and I had to "attempt" to take my own picture as a result. Anyway, I decided to do a "relaxed" shot for both day 1 and day 30. As opposed to the first pic where I was sucking it in and flexing. lol I'm not a big fan of putting my fat ass on the internet, and looking around at other threads, I can see I'm not alone, so while many people don't post pics at all, I'd just suck it up and do it. Kind of hard to tell straight on, but in the first pic I was comfortably wearing a 42" waist jean and a 3X tshirt was comfy 2X was snug and not real flattering. lol In the second pic I can wear 36s and I can easily fit into a 2X tshirt, but can get into a XL and the only places it's snug is on my arms, chest and back. Still a lot more work to do, but everything is moving in the right direction.

Yeah, everything seems to be coming along well. Strength is coming back, which is nice considering I'm dieting and it's nice to fit into clothes I haven't worn since like 2007/8. Just have to keep pushing for the next month then see where I'm at and evaluate what to do next.

And I hadn't ever heard of Element 80, but I'm going to be adding some of their tracks to my gym playlist for sure.

I cut my cardio short at the end of my workout today by about 4 mins. I was doing an hour long session and it was going great until about min 50 then I started to get a bit light headed. At 56 mins I stopped since I was starting to see spots. I usually either wear a sweatshirt over my tshirt or a longsleeved tshirt or under armor under a short sleeved one and today the gym just wasn't cool enough for that. Plus, I was late getting to the gym and hungry, so all those things probably factored in to me having to throw in the towel.

I feel like I made good progress the first month and look forward to seeing what I can get done this month.

you did the right thing-listen to your body, better to cut 5 minutes today than get sick and miss several workouts completely.

Been busy here lately and not on the computer as much, but last Thursday bumped up the AT2 to 3 in the am and 2 at night. Everything seems to be progressing really well and I'm looking forward to the end of the month to see how my results are.

It gets boring repeating myself, but I'm really impressed with the AT2 and the OEP.

ooooh, i just started back on alpha t-2 today. haven't tried 3 at once yet-maybe sometime down the road, 2 is working fine for now.
 
Haven't been checking up much, since this week has just killed me with work, etc and I let my girlfriend borrow my Jeep and it gets returned with a check engine light. Yeah, blown head gasket, maybe a cracked head. lol Geez. I'm sure it's just a coincidence or too much boost from the supercharger. I knew I should have just shelled out for a Hemi in the first place. My diet really sucked this week as I wallowed in a carb induced coma after having my Jeep towed to the shop (less than 25k miles on it). I still managed to get to the gym, so hopefully that offset the ice cream at least a little. 2 more weeks to go and I'll post up some new pics of the end and see what kind of progress I've made overall.

lol Yes, here's my update. My diet has kinda sucked lately, but I've still been taking the AT2 and the OEP as well as training and feel like I haven't gotten any fatter. Oh and I let my girlfriend borrow my supercharged Jeep and she returned it with a blown head gasket. lol Dealing with that and work has aggitated me enough to turn to my good friend the carbohydrate for comfort. lol

Despite all that, I will still be taking and posting up pics this coming week, to show the final results of the diet, even if there wasn't much dieting in the last few weeks. lol

im new to this website so im not too sure who im addressing so whoever thinks they can answer my question id appreciate any advice i can get haha.
ok so heres my question: this coming Thursday which would be Nov. 4 will be my third week taking oep, im currently taking two caps thirty min before breakfast and usually 1 cap six hours to eight hours later depending on how my schedule works out. but i tend to be more non sensitive to stims so i figured id try the stack alpha t2 - oep. i ordered it off nutraplanet and it should be at my house tomorrow. so my question is what would be the most effective way to take this stack since my tolerance is already built up with the oep? how many caps should i start taking and how much longer should i take these supps?
