Day 16: Took a day off from posting, since I wasn't in the mood after finding out Peter Steele passed away. Still hit the gym though and instead of a random mix of songs it was all Type O.
Anyway, enough on that. Everything continues to move along really well. 6 more weeks left pretty much and I'm feeling really good about the stack and my diet and training. One thing to note, that based on everyone elses results makes me think it's clearly diet related. I've noticed a bit of shedding in my hair. It's fairly long, supple and Fabio-esque, which makes any type of shedding pretty obvious. lol I'm taking a decent enough multi both in the morning and in the evening, but since that may not be enough to counter my really restricted diet, I ordered some TOCO-8 from Primordial. Maybe due to my size I should up the vitamins a bit more too? Any suggestions on that front are welcome. I've got more than enough hair, so some extra shedding isn't really a problem, but I'd prefer to stop it, before I get a complex. lol
Oh and I had a few days where I wasn't feeling quite as strong as I had been, but since I've been trying to make sure I fit in all my meals, today in particular I felt strong again and am once again pleasantly surprised that any strength gains at all are possible while cutting.
