Hahaha, but even then it is only a rough estimate. I go through all my products and work out how much is in each because i'm cool like that.

Cherry Limeade is probably the best tasting non-protein supplement i've ever had.

My list so far:
1. Cherry Limeade Amino IV
2. Fruit punch Evol
3. RL alphamine

.....

I find fruit punch alphamine a bit inconsistent, sometimes it's nice, sometimes it's a bit sour.

Very similar to my list, though I replace the evol with cor BCAA tropical punch

I prefer the BB amino IV, although the CL is growing on me.

i got to sample the Evol and wow i thought it was pretty damn good too. CL is my top pick over BB For sure.
 
Cold water and ice cubes mixed in with AminoIV really brings out the awesome flavor of both CL and BB.

Definitely, put ice cubes in a big water bottle and a few scoops of CL, amazing flavour.

Just ordered AminoIV.

Anyone used Alphamine + AminoIV as a pre-workout? I'm eager to try two scoops of each..

This guy. Alphamine fp plus cl aminoiv taste amazing.

Alphamine fp plus blueberry aminoiv is not so good.

Amino iv cl plus high volume watermelon is good too.

Amino iv cl plus enhanced *blue raz* is the ****
 
I was under the impression that Amino IV is best used intra-workout, no? I mean, I don't see anything wrong with taking it pre-workout...but was just saying....

Cooper has said his preferred dosing would be 1 scoop pre and 1 intra.


Personally, I just use 2 intra because I don't drink a preworkout, I just dump it under my tongue and swallow it with a little water lol.

Funny thing, I tend to do that too with most powder based supplements I use. Just chase it down with water instead of sipping it.

Benefical for both, its a BCAA/EAA blend as cooper stated and he is a major fan of BCAA's pre-workout and inbetween meals (Layne Nortons MPS Study) and EAA's intraworkout

i can recall cooper saying that if you train fasted to dose 1 scoop pre and 1 scoop intra/post
if you have some food in you prior than a scoop intra-workout wont hurt you, but it would be more beneficial between meals (spaced 4-6 hours apart with 5g leucine worth)

Well, I usually work out around 5 pm after I get home from work. I eat lunch around 12-12:30 or so with a snack of some sort mid afternoon. I work out on average 4 times a week. The only real time I train fasted is on Saturdays. Thoughts Bob?

You can still do one scoop before and one during or just do two scoops during. I'd play around with the dosing and see what works best for you. What does the afternoon snack tend to be and how long between that snack and your training in the evening?

Snack usually is fat and protein based. Have it around 2:30-3:00. Training lasts about 45 minutes

I would take 2 intra. That was how it was designed and adds a lot more convenience as well! Morning fasted training may benefit from splitting it up, but I also work out in the evening and 2 intra works well for me then.

One scoop Pre and one scoop intra has been advised as the best method of use :)
 
It also prolongs the delicious flavour.

I get through about four shakers of water whilst working out. Maybe I can do half a scoop with each one so I am not sipping plain water by the end of the workout lol. :)

Stack a bunch of those Smart Shake pill compartments together (remove the divider though), profit :P
 
I started mixing 2 scoops with a half gallon of water when i play basketball on sundays. Taste is weaker but its there through the whole thing.
 
I'll be trying Cherry Limeaid Amino IV with Genomyx Origin as my pre and intra.

I actually did that this weekend...liked that combo quite a bit.
 
It seems a shame to report that I appear to be the first (and only?) person to be having quite a lot of GI distress from Amino IV. :(

This is very odd since malic acid was included specifically to enhance solublity and uptake of the amino acids. How did you dose it and what other supplements are you taking?
