Peptide Cycle: IGF lr3, ghrp2, cjc, and more

ummm as far as LR3, i was doing it pre bed while on a keto but not counting calories. how do u like it pre workout?

i decided to take this week off carbs as well so next week when i start the DES+MGF my body will be in somewhat "primed" state.

Pre workout seems good I get a great pump I mean I have nothing else to compare it to but my muscles seems fuller after first week

my boy likes it pre w/o says the same thing. pumps/fuller look. he takes 70mcg 2hours pre w/o
im gonna use LR3 again starting monday, and ill be doing 70mcg 30min post w/o for about 30workouts (2mg).
honestly my first experience was pretty good i think considering the price LR3 costs....i got good pumps EVEN when doing keto and woke up shreaded every day.
 
Week 2, Refeed Day, Chest/Tri

Meals:
.45lb turkey

Golden Meal + few slices of ham
Chicken + brown rice + sour cream + guacamoly
1serving Ice Cream but it was from an actual icecream place so i could almost taste how fatty it was lol
1 protein bar 400cal 30/50/5
3 Wheat Drinks, cant explain it, its from a turkish store, its made out of wheat, sugar and water. each bottle contains 0/50c/0f, and half of those carbs are complex.

Workout
*only working sets recorded, i usually always start with 135 and just rep it and than bump and bump on every exercise

Notes
i was pretty shocked that i repped 185 for 10 only....i havent ate carbs for almost a week prior to this work out, but still i did 275x8 this past sunday. i had to refeed. i stayed in control tho, i didnt go over board. im happy with the way i look the morning after the refeed. i did take the GHRP2/CJC like 5-6x everyday, and 1-2 of those doses are during the night. I really think thats causing a difference.
i woke up and was 191lbs, i was 188 friday morning. i think its safe to assume that ive gained about 8-9lbs of mostly muscle since ive started using the peptides. im start week 7 of ghrp/cjc tommoro, so im expecting them to work even better in the coming weeks ESPECIALLY with the addition of other growth factors.

Updates
Im starting the IGFs tommorow, i got IGF lr3 coming, ill prob have it tuesday. Tommorows workout Back/Biceps, DES pre w/o, MGF post w/o, ghrp/cjc around the clock.
 
Week 2 No carb/ no weights

the night before i reffed, so from about 11pm until 1am (13hours) i was in a fasted state. i also cleaned my entire house, which definitly burned 100-150cal cuz i was just starting to sweat, than i went to the gym for cardio. 50min, 350cal, light...while in the fasted state i took the ghrp/cjc 4 times.

cant wait for tomoro.
 
So this is all ****ed up. I'm finally feeling better from my sickness. My workout yesterday was good hit chest and then today my loft blew I couldent even Finnish it. To tired/weak, and I couldent feel it. I was hitting back but left after dead lifts.
Sorry needed to bitch Some were. It might be because I started ghrp2/ cjc no dac again after a week break from being Ill.

rest and eat a lot man. keep taking the combo too, it can only help.

So today I'm just going to eat a lot of carbs gonna aim for around 300.

Bro fallowig your other post about how you can take ghrp/cjc on a full stomach. You tried this? My problem with dosing is all about consumption of food. I was under the impression that you can't eat any carbs for about 2 before injecting because it had to do with insulin. And gh don't work without it. Please correct me of I'm wrong. Because if this is true I could easily get more dosages in.

how?! I read you cant eat 20-30 mins after peps. and if you ate you have to.wait 2 hours!

Honestly, maybe im wrong and im wasting some of the shots. about half of all the shots i take are without meals. usually during night time/morning i dont eat for 9-10hours at a time and take 2-3 administrations.
 
9/10/12 Day 2 of High carb diet

chest/shoulders/triceps
mostly machines, a lot of different angles and cables/hammer strength variations. every exercise 4-5sets of 12-20, i got in 7 exercises, probably about 32-35working sets
i did chest/tri on saturday

What's with the armidex?

i was feeling bloated from the high carbs....i have some laying around so decided why not..

im doing doubles for next 4weeks. trying to get in like 20workouts for each body part while on all this crap. im not going for heavy lifting, but more of a bodybuilding style. drop sets, supersets, mega-drop sets, huge pyramid sets, burn outs, triple-drop sets, etc...also each rep i really focus on the contraction.

GREAT GREAT workout!!!! i woke up feeling sick and tired, my friend got back from a vacation and i think he got me sick. anyway, i drank 1/2 of small red bull and a small gatorade intra workout and i was GOOD TO ****ING GO!!! my left bicep kinda sucks compared to my right one, the gap between the peak and elbow is bigger than my right. i inject in the lower part of my biceps. wow, ive never seen my left bicep like that before. i wore a long sleeve shirt, so i dont even know how it was during the gym, but 15min post w/o i looked sexy lol.

im not sure. i make my own bac water. i got 100ml sterile water for injections, and 10ml benzyl alcohol. i took out 1ml from the water, and added 1ml benzyl alc. that makes bac water with .9 benzyl alcohol.
 
How have your gains been. Ur taking a ****load of peps. Just wondering if your doing any LBM calcs or anything.

i just started taking "****load" of peps aka DES/MGF. and trust me, this is NOT **** load of peps. theres some guys that make my "cycle" look like a walk in the icecream store.

yea bro, u can just buy sterile water and benzyl alc from amazon. both for probably under 10$ together + shipping.
 
My old site use to sell bac water for 6$ so why the hell are you lifting while you sick. Well really how are you lifting.
 
I went from 182ish in the first pic thats when i started ghrp/cjc and also lr3 pre bed. went to 190 in the second pic i posted which was like 4-5weeks after first pic. today, after not eating a lot yesterday, i was 195.6 first thing am. you make your own assumptions about how the gains are Evodrag.
Tracking LBM- no....i dont do that? i guess i try to track my fat gain and if its too much than go in a cut phase

Idk why im working out....i figured i could concentrate on one body part. id say it was a success, i still have some tricep pump and its 6hours post DES.
 
Pretty solid gains I could imagine of you were bulking you could break 205. I think I'm gonna go for a bulk. How bad is the hunger after using ghrp6. I've been using 2 but I'm forced to switch.

Diet Update: Im gonna try out Intermediate Fasting or a variation this week, supposely thats the best type of diet for GHRP/CJC. im gonna try to not eat up until my workout, which is mid day, than have an IsoPure intra workout which is 40g pro + 10g bcaa, 0c,0f. some what of a cut for next 2weeks.

Training Update: GVT 2on 1 off 1on 1off repeat, 10x10 superset of 2 major opposing exercises, 3x12 2 supersets of small opposing exercises, slow tempo

Peptide update:
DES Pre w/o (fasted state) + Iso Pure intra workout.
GHRP/CJC first thing AM, post w/o, mid day, right before bed. 4x/day
IGF LR3 50mcg ED 1hour pre bed.
MT2 3-4x/week (been slacking on this 1)

Incline BB 135lbs ss w/ pullups bw. the bench was easy, but i wanted to complete all sets and next time to know where i stand, hopefully ill progress every workout by 10lbs. The pullups, i got 6sets of 10, than it was sets of 6-9. i did 3 grips, wide grip, wide hammer, and close hammer each for 3sets
Cable Flys from top-down ss w/ wide grip bar stiff arm pulldowns. 3x12, nice slow contraction.
i got very good pump dispite the fact that i didnt eat before the workout and didnt even take the DES pre w/o. no energy supplement. i remember why GVT is all about now...

20min LISS, 260cal

How long are you gym sesh? From your workout it seems that your constantly doing something. (your workout sounds like exstreme cardio) me I'm a long lifter just because my gym partner talks to damn much.
 
about 30-40min at the gym. i used to be in the gym for a while before this week. i got the same problem like u lol too many kids suck my dick at the gym.

In strong keto. i ate over 3k yesterday obviusly only protein/fat. im 192.3 this morning, meaning ive lost about 1lb everyday of keto.
Very good pumps for training without carbs.

no bro ive never had a problem with leakage from subq. i just put it in squeeze it and pull it out. maybe try some new spots.
what is ur current cycle?
 
after injecting hold the needle there and gradually pull out... this will stop the leakage... your pulling out to quick...

I think im going to use the back of the arm between triceps and delts. Thanks for the info guys.
 
Gotta love after administration, you get the sweats and start feeling all weak and hungry. To bad this feeling only happens sometimes.
