Today is Day 1 of PCT. I ran a straight cycle of Epistane.

Day 2

Feeling great. Lots of energy. My mood has been elevated all day. Workout today was nice. I was super vascular in the gym. Perfect pumps.

So far the PCT Assist has done well for my libido.

Any suggestions on what to eat at work, something I can prepare and bring - something I can eat while I work?
 
what kind of clomid protocol are you using? Interested for my Hdrol cycle next year.

Dosing protocol update:

  • PCT Assist (x3 am) (x3 pm)
  • Phyto-Testosterone (x4 preworkout)
  • Clomid 50mg (x1 b4 bed)

I will be doubling up on the Phyto-Test preworkout. Hopefully It will work well, but I'm also doing this so that I may distinguish its effects more easily. I'll be placing an order for some BCAAs to take with the Phyto-Test... Should be a nice combination preworkout. An updated protocol will be posted when I receive the BCAAs.
 
Day 3

Awesome workout. I was so pumped! 4 Phyto-Testosterone really hit the spot.

Strength seems to be staying the same but my stamina :banana: is going up.

Still feeling very optimistic.
 
Go Gettm man!! haha PCT is were the really test of strength is!!! GAins are still managable and Very interested in the log!! Im IN!! AHHHH :firedevil:
 
Day 4

Every day I feel better than the last. My appetite is up. Eating more and more every day. This is a plus for me since I need as many calories as I can get. Had tons of rice and thai food post-workout.

At the gym I'm gettin' great highs :smokin: with my pumps. Lifting makes me feel like a million bucks now, that feeling went away when I was on the Epi. I'm glad it's back.
 
Day 5

Feeling tired, went to the gym anyways. End of my workweek, and have 3 days off to recover and hit the weights hard.
 
Day 6

Lots of energy.

Worked out twice today.

AM: Weights (Legs/Bis)
PM: Cardio(Bicycle & Reading Hobbit) and Lower Back & Abs

I should be getting my BCAAs in a couple days.
 
Day 7

Had a nice workout, ate rice and chicken right after.

I'm taking 25mg cialis 2night and puttin' on a magic show for my wife! :wizard:
 
Day 8

Had a nice chest workout. Benched as much as 200 pounds @ 4 reps.

Ate noodles and pork right after. I'm practising eating real carbs and meat post workout, and will use BCAAs preworkout.

ooo ooo what kind of work outs are you doin?? just curious. . .i understand if you don't want to put too much detail into log since its not sponsored but i'm dying to know what makes a good work out versus a bad on. . .- reps +5lbs +10lbs haha :cheers:

Hey, formex rocks on my way to go pick up Delita420 to do legs. I take 3 formex because the directions say to take two but I have it from a good source 3 is the sweet spot and that seems to hold true. Felt like super man! Oh yah, today is legs day so I'll be taking my supplements suppository for direct injection (besides it feels good.) Can anyone confirm or deny whether this works?
 
Day 9

Feeling wore out, need some rest. Went to the gym anyways. 4rnold picked me up and we worked legs today. He's my new workout-partner. I've given him a bottle of Formex to run. He started it yesterday.

Day 11

Was tired at first, once I hit the weights it was all down hill (easy goin'). Worked back today with a 'lil bit of chest.

Weight

Scale says 179. Still goin' up.

Had a good look at the Better Protein Bars mix. Watched the video, too. Looks awesome, made me hungry to watch them get made. Would be perfect for me to bring to work. I'll most likely order some. 190 here I come!

Finished CEL PCT Assist. Good stuff, made me horny.
 
Day 12

Wow! Awesome shoulder/arm workout! I'm going to have to do legs tomorrow. I do dips with every upper body day. Slowly starting to be one of my favorite moves.

Day 14
Legs day! Sucked 'cauze I was low on energy... D*mn that diet! Got some protein bars on the way that should help me for a week lol. Still did what I normally do for legs. Squats, leg press, ham curl, calf raise. I plan to start doing bulgarian split squats.

Books
Finished reading The Hobbit while doing cardio this day. Can you believe that Thorin dies?

Light upper body day. Mostly did pushups, dips, db chest press, bb curls.
