Dsade I wasn't directing that comment at you at all or really anyone in general but over the whole mess. You know I have nothing but respect for you and your company. The problem is when you can't just choose a side because you know and respect people on both sides. I'm just hoping when it all is done there isn't too much damage done.
 
I haven't read this discussion for a few days so I have some catching up to do. But, here's my perspective...

Most people appear to respect Patrick Arnold's knowledge in regards to anabolic / androgenic steroids and chemistry in general. It also appears that most people aren't very fond of his attitude.. Unfortunately, it appears as if that's just something we'll have to live with if we want his knowledge...

Personally, I think he's a necessary evil and that his temper or attitude can be controlled if done so appropriately. I've personally never had any problems with him but I do see how he can be offensive more often than not. MAYBE if given the right opportunity, he can participate in a high-brow community like Anabolic Minds without much trouble.. But this will also take patience and a mature attitude from those in charge.

On the other hand, regarding his issue with IBE, that does leave a bad taste in my mouth. It's obvious what people are going to think when a highly reputable (for knowledge) person posts on a public message board that he's returning a companies product to buy from a competitor.

I've been buying IBE products for years and I've never had any trouble at all. Every product I use works as I believe it should.

What should have happened at BB.com? Someone in charge should have politely and respectably asked for the results to be posted in order for the discussion to go on any further due to the fact that it's basically an "accusation" of "something" without any proof - which is unacceptable.
 
I don't think this case should speak to the rest of IBE's products. This is a somewhat novel compound that only one lab in china is really making. A lot of people don't understand that there aren't THAT many maufactures in china. I've never even looked at IBE's line, but if the other stuff is more common and not as unique, then I doubt there is much of a problem. The chinese will make anything or attempt to. Most people don't know that I had the FIRST sample of m1t in the country. I bought the freaking standard that everyone else used to test by. The first batches were 80% test. It took almost 6 months before pure batches were coming out. The reason I had the sample first is because I paid someone to go to a trade show with me in vegas that was fluent in chinese. I worked with the main supplier of M1t, who spoke NO english at the time. That is where I started the first deal. Legal Gear came out with it as soon as they saw it. Did they test it? No. They simply put it on the market, test and all. Which is fine for you guys, but I couldn't make myself do it.
 
If your not in the industry, why test? It seems to serve you little purpose to go through all this BS because you are worried for the consumer. Your motive is very clear, you dont like Dr.D, so it would be foolish for any of us to take what you say or your results as trustworthy.

The molecular weight he did point out was not even a primary peak and was way too low to be believable anyway. Honestly, that's when I knew he was up to something dishonest for sure. If that were the case, the stuff wouldn't even work. The product would have no activity at all with anything at that weight This is just a sad attempt to trash Epi. I did however send him my second assay, the results of which confirmed the good results of the first test. I tested it twice to be sure and I used a validated primary standard as a reference by FTIR analysis. All he used was an MS/GC, and he even admits he has no standard. It's it clear yet? He doesn't have a clue what he tested. With no standard and using an MS, he could only guess anyway even if he did have an idea, but it's much more sinister than that. This is about something else, and Epi is just collateral damage. Well guess what? I'm not letting it slide this time. This kind of corruption trashes real science. I mean, they didn't even try that hard to make this look believable. I guess they think you guys are stupid, and if you'd rather believe a man convicted of intentionally hiding **** in his own formulations over me, then you are! He must have gotten epi mixed up with one of his samples or tossed a little chuck of his stash in there before he tested it or something! LOL

If you really want the truth, this is what's honestly going on....

Now a character I shall refer to as BK is teaming up with PA to use his facility for testing and packaging now, right? OK, I can understand the nature of that immoral alliance, but there are 2 more players in this game. I will call one MM. Then the forth player and the common denominator that inspired all this. The mastermind who remains cloaked that now seeks to become like the one he claims to despise and who claims to despise him back. The one that has pushed a lot of product for PA back in the day for one thing and one that recently obtained my product idea after I had developed it years before. I can understand he feels cheated, because I'm sure he paid well for it and now Epi is doing better than his product, but it's not my fault and I will simply not take the hit for it. I even offered to align with him and help him out in the future because I'll still be here designing top products after his current stuff is long gone and he needs some help, but he chose to go with his old connections and the fast cash. I can understand I guess, but once again, it's not my fault and will not take it on as my problem! There is just no way to take Epi or IBE out without hitting me too, and that is where you'll lose. These lies always surface in time and come back to damage you so I'm not really concerned personally.

This is all about old favors owed and debts being settled and chips finally getting cashed. It's not about an honest concern to protect you from a bad product. If it was, I would insist he post results now to back him claims. Are you going to let him sit on that? It's his responsibility now to let everyone know what he found so demand it till he does! If he honestly found something wrong like he said, and doesn't tell you at this point, then do you really still think he gives a sh!t about you anyway?! Think about that while you praise him and worship him. That's not what this is about guys. This is about money and friends and enemies and friend's enemies forming money making alliances now. Oh yes, it is not what it seems and then again it is just exactly what you might expect to see... lies and treachery for the love of ****ing money. I tell you what though, truth will prevail in time, and much sooner than later if they step over that line and post some bunk results. I still invite them to.......

In the final days, enemies will live under the same roof. Persecution is also to be expected, but I'm not worried about it in the least. In fact, this battle is already over and won in my mind, because I know the truth and can show it if needed. Your trust is not misplaced with IBE and this product is what it claims to be no doubt. I can promise you that and really don't know what else to say. Either you can see now or you're just blind. These kind of con games hurt every single one of us and not just good, honest companies like IBE that don't deserve it.

If these people don't end this game now and end the lies about Epi, or post some results to finally back their claims, I hope you are all strongly moved to finally grow a pair and take a stand against them. Enough is enough and this hurts everybody in the end.

PA is a smart guy, but being a good chemist doesnt make me respect him as a person. I will never allow myself to be disrespected because someone can read the Vida book better then I.
 
I happen to like PA, I have never been on the recieving end of his tyrants, but one thing I do know business is always business. Now Dsade I do not know you, nor will I ever know you- but no weapon formed against us will ever prosper. I will leave it at that.

Dr. D knows where I stand, and I love him like a brother, I can call him and shoot the breeze or I can email him and get schooled on the newest supps. But the ONE THING I AM SURE OF, is that he is no scam artist or a show, as 1fast claims, or dsade tries to discredit.

Its amazing whats in the darkness stays there, and people in this industry can backstab each other with no thought of reprecussion, or backlash. Hell lets look at BK I mean Red Star :lol:
But whatever I will not throw darts, but the people involved in this sham ought to be ashamed of themselves. And as always the what is done in the dark shall come out to the light.

No, chain of custody is NOT an issue. No one has asked PA to prove an objective truth. He's not being asked to render a professional opinion (for which chain of custody would be important - as well as maintence logs on the equipment used), he's being asked to publicly share what he is privately sharing.

What he found could be 100% accurate or it could be 100% bull****. They've told him that he has permission to post what he found. That's a much broader waiver and contained therein is an understanding that PA isn't warranting that his test results are accurate.

PA has publicly hinted that he found a problem. He's privately shared these results with individuals such as yourself. When challenged to simply post his results and explain them (so that a frank discussion could be had of them) he went silent and a second-tier of proxies emerged to start carrying forth these vague accusations of wrongdoing.

This is what agitates me. This smells bad. This looks bad.

If PA is concerned about liability, he's already created it for himself by making a vague public accusation and then privately disparaging the product to people such as yourself and BK who are players (or former players) in the industry. The only reasons NOT to file suit against PA today are that it would be hard to quantify the damages and such a suit would draw unwanted attention to this product. However, make no mistake. PA has already incurred tort liability. He's being offered a waiver and his refusal to take it indicates that he's having some second thoughts about the accuracy of his testing IMHO.

I don't have a dog in this fight......but when people start babbling about the law I'm not going to let their nonsense stand without challenge.
 
wow i never thought this thread wil spark so much drama.
i was just trying to do some research before i started taking this product...anyway i'm on day 6 and i've been feeling great at the gym. major lifts are up by about 20 pounds. no dramatic wieght increase yet but i'm feeling stronger. so, i feel that whatever is in the bottle is beginning to work.

For those that refuse to read previous posts, I will address this yet again. I'll always be a part of the industry in some fashion. I just can't legally run a company for 5 years. I don't like Dr. D, I've never denied that. You still can't make a single argument for how my results will be "untrustworthy" when I have no hand in it. All I do is cut a check.

I'm testing this for the simple fact that I got involved. Based on the information I saw from PA, I made the recommendation in a thread for consumers to choose havoc over epistane. That started the ****storm we have now. Since I started the ****storm, I feel it is my responsibility to end it. The best way I know to end it, is to put my money where my mouth is. Is there any other possible way for these type of results to come out? Who else would do this? I have the money to do it, I'm willing to defend my point. That is a HELL of a lot more than most people in this industry will do.

What you guys don't understand is that just because PA would win a case if sued in court over his results, doesn't mean it won't cost him money. I got sued 5 times over labelclaimstesting.com, I never lost a single case. It still cost me 60,000 dollars to deal with it. Lawsuits cost money, period. You can see on bb.com how IBE is NOW saying that PA's results are bias and can't be used. So imagine if he would have posted them. It would cost IBE about 2 grand to issue papers to PA and PA would spend 10k in a retainer addressing it and getting thrown out.

You guys are busting my nuts wondering why I'm willing to spend 500-1000 bucks to see where the truth lies here. Yet you don't understand why PA won't make himself libel for 10 grand. Simpletons, I swear.

Yes he did, thats cool, but who questioned his integrity, and why has he not responded to 1fast, hell the real thing that smells plain ****tay to me, is that Epistane was the one in question, not Havoc, since they are the same compund, and they could be sourced at the same Chinese factory, why would they both not be questioned...
 
What boggles my mind is how people in their 20's and 30's have the reading comprehension skills of a 6 year old. My 8 year old nephew understands all of this better than some people on these boards. Message boards should be renamed lemming boards, it's more fitting. Independent thought goes flying out the window way to often. There are a few good ones out there, but not many.

When two people come to an agreement, a PROMISE if you will, then one of the parties BREAKS that promise - even if motivated by a perceived slight that is incorrect, then it is just that...BREAKING a promise. It is also a reference to the Golden Rule. Without provocation on my part (yeah...conspiracy, huge consortium, blah blah, evil) My company and I were attacked. This is how the golden rule is applied?

Jesus christ, please see my above post. Both products were tested by PA via the SAME method. Havoc came back as having the correct MW for what was claimed on the label, Epistane did not. Due to that, I see no reason to test havoc. On top of that, I know exactly where Dsade is buying the material from. I may hate Dsade, but his sourcing ability is 2nd to none. The factory that makes this stuff can only produce material every 18-21 days roughly. I know matt has purchased him out as I've spoken to them. So there is no way IBE is getting this material from the same place. They might have in a previous run, but right now they aren't. There are 100 labs in china that will TELL you they can produce something (please see M1t comment in my earlier post).

Still, it comes down to IBE claiming to have tested this material when it came into the US and that seems highly unlikely now. If they did test it, then who ever did the testing doesn't know what they are doing. Everyone talks about how respect Dr. D is. I hate to tell you guys, but there isn't a single player in our industry who knows this guy. He's been caught in a quality control issue in the past and it looks like he might be caught in one now.
 
Maybe it should make you wonder why IBE's is cheaper. You can get labs to get into bidding wars all the time. It is NOT cheap to make this material, I can assure you of that. I could send out a set of blast emails tonight and have 10 labs price this stuff out for me. The problem is, what i get sent won't be the real stuff. It will be similar, it will be cheaper, but it isn't the right chemical.

Maybe that is why their is cheaper....hmmmm

Also in my post I said it COULD be sourced at the same factory. Do I need to direct you to dictionary, and point out what could means???

As for the rest of this I will always wonder what the true motive is, and when it comes to the light I will be in the background shaking my head saying I told ya so.

God quit trying to sound intelligent by taking 20 minutes to type this sentence. My comments was a sweeping one, meant for more than 1. I don't feel the need to isolate. There is a reason other members aren't posting in this thread. They can read and understand what is going on. Some of the others, have no clue.

What boggles my mind is how people in their 20's and 30's have the reading comprehension skills of a 6 year old. My 8 year old nephew understands all of this better than some people on these boards. Message boards should be renamed lemming boards, it's more fitting. Independent thought goes flying out the window way to often. There are a few good ones out there, but not many.

What boggles my mind is how people in this age bracket could possibly have any lower moral fiber, integrity, respect and honor than has already been displayed here.

It's nice that some people can hurl such finely crafted insults with such a spectacular vocabulary...Really, it does impress me. Of course I would rather surround myself with people like Yeahright who, even with a higher education, can conduct themselves professionally and with respect without talking down to anyone in the process. Those are the types of people to emulate.

The funny part, when I get my results back, all the ass bags who are riding me about being bias, will be dying to see the results. If someone from IBE will give me their email address I'll be sure to email them a copy first.

BTW, if I want to start a post with God, Jesus christ or any other figure, I will :)

When I want to make a comment directed at anyone in particular then I will. I have nothing to fear by stating my personal feelings on this or any other matter. Just as I expect you don't. My statement is just as I clarified at the bottom. It seems people are jumping to sides and picking people to run behind as if they have any more personal info than the neighbor 2 blocks down they met once.

I used your generic shotgun blast response and just expanded on it. I excusevely used your 1fast400 for a long time and was always impressed with the customer service and prices. Unlike some here I am not jumping to any conclusions.

Am I questioning your integrity? Not directly, no. I do question your motives just as I have questioned everyone else's in this situation. I have already stated as such. Do I believe that it's possible Epi is fake. Of course I do and I await all the evidence. I also trust and like Dr.D and until such information comes to light to prove him lying I will choose to believe his word over anyone else's in this matter.

I think belittling people and throwing insults at people for no other reason than you dislike them is childish, especially when you and others are trying to say that there is no hidden agenda,conspiracy or hatred towards Dr.D/IBE. You all could have ZERO gain in all this but I have found out over the years in both my personal and professional life that sometimes people need no reason for causing distrust, chaos or pain. Sometimes people do it just because they can.

I don't question chain of custody or the testing as long as the criteria for proof is met by those of you that understand it. I couldn't tell you what the hell any of it would mean anyways. I hope that clears up my stance and personal opinion of this whole matter.
 
Part of my frustration is repeating the same posts. It's frustrating to have to retype the same thing I did 3 pages ago. I've done it a lot on bb.com as well. I hate when people are to lazy to read previous posts. That is when I get snippy/*****y in my responses. For that I apologize. I could have made half the posts I have, if people would just read.
 
I understand your frustration and thanks for understanding where I was coming from. From here on out i'll just wait until the results are back and hopefully everyone else will too.

I'll be so glad when this is over. Every time I come here or over to BB.com to do my job as a board rep I spend all of my time reading the same posts over and over again....even though nothing new has been said. Damn drama sucks me in every time.

Well, they are currently getting an independent lab to test. The Weather Network is under the suspicion that God and The Summer Wind are conspiring against Old Man Winter, in order to decrease winter jacket sales. So...
 
Exactly. I only wear hooded shirts because I got the MW, APC, A-B-C-It's-Easy-As-One-Two-Three tested and it all came back positive.
