Well it didnt go quite as good as it couldve... haha but it was ok, i ended up with sixth in my weight class(pantherdude63 got first by bout 50 lbs lol). I fd up a few times and cost myself a lil but other than that i just need to get down to the next weight class in order to be successful.

My lifts were as follows:

Squat: Opener- 380(got it) second attempt-400(fell forward but shoulda got it) last attempt-415(got about halfway up and it just wasnt there.)

Bench: Opener- 255(very disappointing considerin i was gettin 295 this summer...) got it tho, second attempt-275( couldnt quite get it but they fd up and marked it as a good lift lol) last attempt-280(just wasnt there)

Deadlift( KILLS ME!! im terrible at it): Opener: 340(got it) 2nd attempt-365(got it) 3rd attempt-385( pry coulda got it but was strugglin and back was killn me so i set the sh!t down lol)

ya, fortunately everyone was fine. It happend durin the day so everyone was gone except my brother, he tried to put it out and then managed to get out our flat screen, wakeboard, etc.. lol the important stuff at least, except for my stash of supps there that is
