DAY 19 back,bi's,calves
Wo was allright but nothing special.Work is starting to get me burned out.I went to do rack deads,but as I started to increase the weights,I had minor lower back pain,so I stopped them.Weight is at 180 and arms 15"So not bad.I believe arms were 14 5/8 at the beginning and weight a little over 171.I have been eating all right,but not good for gaining I don't think.Especially with how much I have been working and burning cals like crazy.When I ran mass tabs,I could never eat enough.Now though,I eat something normal for me,and get stuffed and bloated.then I don't get hungry for a while.I usually eat every 2 hrs without a problem.I almost don't even need a clock i'm so used to it,and hunger will hit.Here lately it hasn't been doing that.Then like today,I get home and done with dishes and walking my dog at 8:20 or so.I have to be done working out and changed and ready at 7:30 to go to work all frickin day.I hate my job sometimes.Not enough work one day,too much to possibly finish the next.I have been driving my new truck the past couple days and it feels so good to have a nice car.I'm 22 and have never owned a car I cared about untill now.
