Bodybuilding goals short-term (90 days): Reach a 10% or lower bodyfat, regardless of whether recomp or cut. Recomp preferrable, but i'm ok with taking it all the way down first.

Upper/lower split, so any week one area is hit M + F, the other W, and the weeks alternate. its a 6 set per muscle group scheme with the reps as 12/10/8/6/12/12 with weight rising to the 6 rep, and dropping for the 12s. Upper is BB bench press (flat and incline or decline), wide grip lat pulldowns and one arm rows, seated barbell presses and lateral raises, barbell curls and concentration curls, tricep pushdowns and lying tricep raises. Lower body is leg extensions and squats, lying leg raises and lunges, standing heel raises, crunches and leg lifts.
Cardio Schedule: 3x a week, generally 20 min low intensity bike, 20 min HIIT crosstrainer, 20 min low intensity bike.
Average Diet and macros: Right now around 1500 cal a day, as 70/15/15 protein/carb/fat. Been trying to maintain at least 150-200g protein regardless of calories. Primarily it comes from fish and whey. Carbs are as found in the other stuff i'm eating, plus complex carb intake. Fats are as found in stuff i'm eating, or added flax/fish/coconut oil.
Daily water intake: 1.5-2 gallons

Why you should be chosen: I've already managed a pretty sizeable transformation in the last 6 months, but the last bit is always the hardest. I'm at the point (15%bf) where it becomes harder to continue to drop, but also where the difference becomes more and more visible.
