The second set of 365 on box squat scared me! I had the first 3 reps but the 4th one had me leery! I sat down, leaned back, then went to push up and couldn't lift it! Then I guess adrenaline kicked in and it went up crazy fast! Fock that was awesome!!! But then I decided to drop weight and just do a double drop set cuz I wasn't in a cage...
 
I'm bumpin to a G a week. Why not... Aero at 12.5 daily still working just fine. No negatives so far besides fckin insomnia but I'm back at it with ambien so I should be fine now...

Hitting up some creatine and getting ready for some lifting. Feeling kinda tired so I may hit up some caffeine

Tonight's sesh was killer. Taking it high reps on accessory work and went for heavy on compound types... Felt like a fockin machine tonight!

I can not squat outside the cage.. It would **** with my head to much . Especially that I dnt really train with anyone except my 100lb wife on leg days lol and my gym is too packed when I go so no room to set it up on the outside of the rack

There is a pretty dedicated powerlifting crew that take up the two cages on most nights when I go lift. It does bother me sometimes but they are competitors so Im not too hurt about it.

I Like that .. Might put that on a shirt or something. But damn two cages? Have u seen snap fitness?? Lol no cages but 1 smith machine and not a single full size barbell lying around

Lol no I don't spend any time around commercial gyms for that reason broseph
 
Going to begin incorporating some new variation to my training until I come up with a solid plan. This upper/lower is getting boring now that the juice has kicked in. I'm really optimistic about strength gains right now so my primary focus will change to that, and assistance exercises will be secondary (pretty much anything with a dumbbell).

Time for LEGS!!!
 
Got chosen to run CFs new White Flood so hopefully that comes in next week. In the meantime I have these samples Swanky sent. Two going down tonight!

Initial impression of Formutech Volatile:

Good clean energy. Took 1.5 scoops. Very surprised at how "clean" and linear it was. It didn't kick me in the pants at all and I like that. Yet it was there pushing me to lift hard. The pump was awesome. My legs were way swole after every set. They were so pumped that by the end I was walking out waddling like a penguin. Good stuff!

I knew you would like it, has a what I call sneaky stim effect. You don't really feel it come on but when your throwing the weight around you know it's there.. Big #'s on those presses it's not easy to do after crushins some squats..

Shyt was bombtastic! Really enjoyed the linear progression of it instead of the uncomfortable "HOLY SHYT IM HIGH AS FCK" that some provide. Though those are fun sometimes too... :D

This ones great for squat day when I don't want my HR elevated sky high because of stims
