Today started the stack ARA + SL for the very first time. 4 softgel X-factor + 20g SL Optima (2.5g PA) 45' prewo. The latter veeery delicious. Intend taking SL off days at 10g (1,2g PA). Best time of taking? And full or empty stomach?
Take with fatty meal? SL is fatty enough by itself right?

according to the GNC bottle, SL provides dietary liver support. Any thoughts on this while on a PH cycle?
So does SL give a perpetual pump? If so, do you have to take it in divided doses, or will you stay full and pumped all day with the whole dose in the am?
It's not a pump per se, but it does provide fuller muscles.
Oh ok. And once a day dosing or even dosing just on workout days is enough to maintain the muscle fullness? I just bought some of the fearn SL last night at my local sprouts, and im really interested to see how this works for me.

Well the literature says PA blood levels rise in 30 min, plateau between 1-3 hours, and peak at 3 hours post consumption, so the timing seems quite flexible
It is, no-one is saying dosing *must* be confined to X-time.
But, depending on what 'theory' you subscribe to regarding the MoA of PA, there can certainly be dosing times that are more (or less) optimal than others.
For example, if one believes the intra-cellular theory is correct, then one may well claim that the plasma levels you mention above are somewhat irrelevant if the main aim is to maximise skeletal muscle uptake, and as such plasma levels at all the time intervals mentioned may not be a reliable measure of such uptake (or something to that effect).

i would think the benefits of dosing soyl prewo with your ara would outweigh any negatives...in fact, im a little unsure what the negative here is?
