And that is a modest estimation. My diet amd training are very well structured as well though

Yes and you get other phospholipids which are beneficialso with the fearn lecithin granules you could take 4 tablespoons (30 grams) and get 2.4 grams of PA? very cheap..only like 14 dollars for a months supply.
